Երեկ Առավոտ օրաթերթում կարդում եմ մի նյութ անցյալ տարի տեղի ունեցած ցավալի դեպքի մասին՝ Իջեւանի զորամասերից մեկում մայիսի 10-ին հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում ստացած ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ներսես Ղազարի Կարապետյանի մահվան փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի մասին:Ըստ գործի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նույն զորամասի վաշտի հրամանատար Գարեգին Վոլոդյայի Ասրյանին եւ պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էդգար Համլետի Մանուկյանին:

Լրագրող Ոսկան Սարգսյանը նյութում գրել է, թե ժամանակին նույն գնդի հրամանատար, այժմ այլ զորամիավորման հրամանատարի տեղակալ, հարգարժան գնդապետ Միհրան Մախսուդյանին ևս սպառնում է ազատազրկում: Նյութում գրված է, որ Մախսուդյանը չարաշահել է իշխանությունը , կամ տեղի է ունեցել իշխանության անգործություն:

Վերջին շրջանում մեր բանակի հասցեին ամեն օր հնչող մեղադրանքները շատացել են ևս մեկով, որովհետև վստահ եմ, որ Արցախյան պատերազմում ընտանիքի անդամներ կորցրած, հարգված այս սպան չէր կարող իրեն վստահված զինվորի հանդեպ իշխանություն չարաշահել, կամ զբաղվել հանցավոր անգործությամբ: Այնպիսի հրամանատարները, ինչպիսիք Մախսուդյանն է, բանակը համարում են իրենց տունը, իսկ զինվորներին վերաբերվում որպես սեփական որդիների: Պետք է բարոյականությունը կորցրած լինել, որ նման հարգանք ու պատիվ ունեցող, զինվորների սիրելի հրամանատարին նման մեղքերում մեղադրել:

Ցավում եմ, որ մարդկային արժեքները անհետանում են: Իսկ այս լրագրողին մաղթում եմ Մախսուդյանի հայրենասիրության ու նվիրվածության գոնե 1/10-րդ-ը ունենալ:
