Radar Armenia-ն ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել առ այն, որ վերջին շրջանում շարունակում ենք ականատես լինել ՌԴ պետական ԶԼՄ-ներում, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնյաների կողմից ՀՀ իշխանություններին թիրախավորող, հաճախ վիրավորական հայտարարությունների, մեկնաբանությունների:
«ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Միրզոյանի կողմից վերջին հանրային անդրադարձից զատ՝ հայկական կողմը որևէ վերաբերմունք արտահայտե՞լ է դրանց կապակցությամբ» հարցին ի պատասխան՝ գերատեսչությունից նշել են, որ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն դժգոհություն է արտահայտել նաև դիվանագիտական խողովակներով. Երևանում ՌԴ դեսպանը կանչվել է ԱԳՆ, նրան հանձնվել է հայտագիր:
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ թեման վստահաբար ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է և բուռն հանրային քննարկումների առարկա՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից չենք թաքցնում հայտագրի բովանդակությունը:
Դրանում խիստ բողոք է արտահայտվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության նկատմամբ ծավալված բացահայտ ոչ բարեկամական, հաճախ թշնամական քարոզչության կապակցությամբ, որն ակտիվորեն սնվում է որոշ պաշտոնյաների, ՌԴ Պետական դումայի պատգամավորների, լրատվամիջոցների և փորձագիտական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններով:
Հայտագրում ընդգծվել է, որ Ռուսաստանի պետական հեռուստաալիքներով ուղիղ եթերում հնչող վիրավորական արտահայտությունները և ՀՀ իշխանությունների գործունեության թիրախավորումը բացարձակապես անընդունելի են և հանգեցնում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցած բարձր մակարդակի այցելությունների դրական արդյունքների չեզոքացման:
Հայտագրում նշվել է, որ ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից պետական հեղաշրջման փորձի կանխման օրինական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ ՌԴ Պետական դումայի առանձին պատգամավորների մեկնաբանություններն ու հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն զարմանք, այլև վրդովմունք են առաջացնում: Համաձայն այդ հայտարարությունների՝ պետական հեղաշրջում պլանավորող անձանց ձերբակալությունը համարվում է «Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից հերթական ոչ բարեկամական քայլ»:
Ըստ այդմ՝ նման հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն անհեթեթ են, քանզի անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես և ինչու է պետական հեղաշրջման կանխումը համարվում ոչ բարեկամական քայլ, այլև ՀՀ ներքին գործերին կոպտագույն միջամտություն: Ավելին, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ նման տեղեկատվական քաղաքականությունն իրականացվում է նպատակաուղղված կերպով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ժողովրդավարության, օրինականության և սահմանադրական կարգի խաթարման նպատակով»,- ասվում է պատասխանում:
