Գազի սակագնի նվազեցման բանակցությունները նախաձեռնողներն ունեն դրա բոլոր հիմքերը

Ռուսաստանից Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի գինը նվազեցնելու մասին բանակցությունների սկսման համար կան բավարար հիմքեր: Այդ մասին հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը:

«Բանակցությունների մանրամասներին տեղեկացված չեն, տեղյակ եմ այնքանով, որքանով մամուլն է ներկայացնում: Միաժամանակ, կարծում եմ, որ կան մատակարարվող գազի գինը նվազեցնելու հիմքեր: Նրանք, ովքեր նախաձեռնել են գինը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները, ունեն բավարար հիմքեր և տեսնում են դրա հիմնավոր նախադրյալները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մինասյանը` պատասխանելով հարցին` տեսնո”ւմ է սակագնի նվազեցման է նախադրյալներ:   

Տարեսկզբին տնտեսվարողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հայտարարել էր, որ դիմել են ռուս գործընկերներին` գազի սակագինը, որը ներկայում սահմանի վրա 1000 խմ-ն արժե 165 դոլար, նվազեցնելու խնդրանքով: Միաժամանակ, կառավարության վերջին նիստում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հայտարարել էր, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսության և աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներով պայմանավորված, ակնհայտ է գազի գնի իջեցման ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտությունը, այլև հնարավորությունը: «Մենք շահագրգռված ենք, որ հանրապետության էական ենթակառուցվածք հանդիսացող «Գազպրոմ-ՀաÕ �աստան» ընկերությունը լինի կայուն և խելամտորեն շահութաբեր, սակայն տնտեսության և բնակչության համար ևս գները պետք է լինեն մատչելի և շահավետ: Գազի սպառման ծավալների նվազումը ակնհայտորեն վկայում է, որ ընկերությունը կարող է ունենալ ավելի մեծ հասույթներ՝ ավելի ցածր գների դեպքում: Կարծում եմ, որ «Գազպրոմ-Հայաստան» ընկերության ղեկավարությունը մեծ անելիքներ ունի այս բիզնես տրամաբանությունը հանրությանը և իր վերադասին ներկայացնելու գործում, ինչի արդյունքում թե՛ «Գազպրոմ» ընկերության, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության համար հստակ կդառ նա մեր բանակցային առաջարկի փոխշահավետ բնույթը: Կարծում եմ, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսության և աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներով պայմանավորված, ակնհայտ է գազի գնի իջեցման ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտությունը, այլև հնարավորությունը»,- հայտարարել էր ՀՀ վարչապետը:
