Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը կհանդիպեն Դուբայում՝ ԱՄՆ քավորությամբ

Լոնդոնում գործող «Middle East Eye» պարբերականը տեղեկություն է հրապարակել, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Իլհամ Ալիևը ծրագրում են հուլիսին հանդիպում անցկացնել Դուբայում։ Պարբերականը նշում է, թե հանդիպումը կայանալու է արդեն հուլիսի 10-ին։ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում երկու երկրների ղեկավարների բանակցությունների, նույնիսկ հնարավոր փաստաթղթի կնքման մասին լուրեր շրջանառվում են բավական վաղուց։ Պարբերականը, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, գրում է, որ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները ցանկանում է հյուրընկալել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև հանդիպումը՝ 2 ժողովուրդների միջև հարաբերությունները բարելավելու իր ջանքերի շրջանակում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 25-ին ԱՄԷ արտաքին գործերի նախարար շեյխ Աբդալլահ բին Զայեդ Ալ Նահյանը հեռախոսազրույցներ էր ունեցել արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի և նրա ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնակից Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ։ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններն ինքնագլուխ չէ, որ փորձում են միջնորդական գործունեություն ծավալել։
Ավելի շուտ Արևմուտքի և ԱՄՆ-ի հրահանգով, և հաշվի առնելով «Կարնեգի» հիմնադրամի վերջերս հրապարակած հոդվածը, որ Թրամփի վարչակազմն առաջարկներ է ուղարկել Երևանին և Բաքվին ապաշրջափակման և տարանցիկ ճանապարհների վերահսկողության վերաբերյալ, այն իրականացնելով ամերիկյան կամ ամերիկահայ որևէ կազմակերպության միջոցով, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այս առաջարկը նույն այդ ջանքերի շրջանակում է։
Ի դեպ, պաշտոնական Երևանը չի հերքում ո՛չ այս հրապարակումը՝ Դուբայում կայանալիք հանդիպման վերաբերյալ, և ո՛չ էլ նախագահ Թրամփի վարչակազմի առաջարկի մասով։ Վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարել է, թե վարչապետի այցերի մասին ժամանակին տրամադրվում է պատշաճ տեղեկատվություն, փաստացի հաստատելով, որ Փաշինյանը Դուբայում է հանդիպելու Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։
