Արևմուտքը կատաղել է ՇՀԿ-ին անդամակցելու որոշման առիթով

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների մոտ երբեմն ողջամտության փայլատակումներ լինում են, և նրանք խելացի ու կշռադատված քայլեր են փորձում անել։ Ճիշտ է, ընդհանուր համատեքստում այդ քայլերի թիվը չափազանց սակավ է, բայց և հանուն արդարության պետք է փաստել, որ այդպիսիք ևս լինում են։ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության անդամ դառնալու ցանկություն է հայտնել։ Ներկայումս Հայաստանն այդ կազմակերպությունում գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակ ունի։
Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հունիսի 24-ից 27-ը պաշտոնական այցով եղել է Չինաստանում, հանդիպումներ ունեցել բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ արտգործնախարար Վան Յիի հետ։ Եվ դրանից հետո նման հայտարարությունը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հասկանում են, տարածաշրջանում առկա վտանգները, որոշակիորեն փորձում են ինչ-որ քայլեր անել, ինչը, իհարկե, դուր չի գալու նրանց արևմտյան տերերին։ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը քաղաքական և անվտանգային միավորում է, որը ստեղծվել է Չինաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից 2001 թ․-ին։ Կազմակերպությունը 10 անդամ ունի՝ Ռուսաստան, Հնդկաստան, Ղազախստան, Չինաստան, Ղրղըզստան, Պակիստան, Տաջիկստան, Ուզբեկստան, Իրան։ 2024 թվականի հուլիսին էլ Բելառուսը դարձավ կազմակերպության 10-րդ լիիրավ անդամ։
Այս կազմակերպությանը լիիրավ անդամակցելը լուրջ տնտեսական և քաղաքական հնարավորություններ կբացի, բայց վախենանք, որ պաշտոնական Երևանին չհաջողվի մինչև վերջ իրականացնել այս քաղաքականությունը, քանի որ անմիջապես բախվելու է Եվրամիության և ԱՄՆ-ի հակազդեցությանը։ ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից տեղեկության տարածումից հետո «սորոսական» գործակալական ցանցն ու արևմտամետ հորջորջվող կուսակցությունները գրոհի անցան, բավականին կոշտ բառապաշարով փորձելով ապացուցել, որ ՇՀԿ-ին անդամակցությունը Հայաստանին միայն վնասներ է տալու։
Ողջամիտ և փաստարկված որևէ ապացույց իրենց խոսքերի համար այդ ուժերը չեն ներկայացնում։ Փոխարենը փորձելու են ամեն ինչ անել վնասելու Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը Շանհայի կազմակերպությանը։ Կհաջողվի՞ արդյոք Հայաստանին դառնալ ՇՀԿ անդամ՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր դրական արդյունքներով, բարդ է ասել, բայց այն, որ Արևմուտքը պարզապես պաշտոնական Երևանին թույլ չի տալու նման քայլ, արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է։
