Ավտովթար՝ Վանաձորում. 2 զինծառայող տեղափովել է հիվանդանոց

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 4-ին, ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 08։15-ի սահմաններում Վանաձոր քաղաքի Նարեկացի փողոցում՝ թիվ 7 դպրոցի դիմաց, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Վլադիմիր Գ․-ն իր վարած «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել բետոնե էլեկետրասյանը, ինչի հետևանքով այն կոտրվել է։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդը և ուղևոր, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Վրույր Փ․-ն մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Վանաձորի հրեջ փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները՝ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ Սերոբ Գաբրիելյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Այնուհետև փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենան, փակել գազաբալոնի փականը և տեղում իրականացրել հերթապահություն։
Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 4-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Կուրեղյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արման Սուքիասյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Հրաչ Ամիրխանյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Չոբանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Էդուարդ Բարսեղյանը և Վահե Գասպարյանը։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության աշխատակիցները, ովքեր աշխատանքներ են կատարել էլեկտրասյունը նորով փոխարինելու և էլեկտրամատակարարումը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ։
Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Լոռու մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Էդվարդ Կարապետյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արշակ Կիրակոսյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
