Մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնել էր Թուրքիա, հանդիպել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի հետ։ Որևէ փաստաթուղթ չէր ստորագրվել, կողմերն էլ բավարարվել էին հերթապահ, ոչինչ չասող հաղորդագրություններ տարածելով։

Եվ ահա երկու շաբաթ անց թուրքական և ադրբեջանական բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ որոշակի տեղեկություններ են հաղորդում, որոնք լույս են սփռում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի դավադրության, դրան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ինքնակամ մասնակցության մասին։ Նշվում է, թե Հայաստանը, Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, համաձայնության են եկել, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»-ի վերաբերյալ, ինչը, հնարավոր է, նշանակի տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքականության և տրանսպորտային ցանցերի զգալի տեղաշարժ։ Այս համաձայնագրի համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանը զրոյական վերահսկողություն կունենա միջանցքի նկատմամբ, գործնականում ամբողջությամբ կանջատվի դրանից:

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս տեղեկությունները շրջանառվում են Բաքվի ու Մոսկվայի հարաբերություններում նոր լարվածության ֆոնին։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» Հայաստանի տարածքում գոյություն ունենալ չի կարող ՀՀ իրավազորությունից և ինքնիշխանությունից դուրս։

Հայկական կողմն էլ Փաշինյանի այցի մասին գրել էր, թե քննարկվել է ՀՀ կառավարության «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը։ Փաստացի, Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու գործողությունն անցել է ակտիվ փուլ, և ՀՀ իշխանությունները դրա ակտիվ մի օղակն են։ Թե ինչ զարհուրելի հետևանքներ է դա ունենալու Հայաստանի համար, թերևս, կարիք չկա ասել։
