Փաշինյանը շտապում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ իր գործողություններում

Բարերար գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ գործող իշխանությունների տարած պայքարը, «Տաշիր գրուպ» ընկերությունում կատարվող խուզարկություններն ու «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ի դեմ արշավն իրենց շտապողականությամբ նույնիսկ տարակուսանքի տեղիք են տալիս։ Ազգային ժողովը երեկ 65 կողմ, 30 դեմ և 0 ձեռնպահ ձայներով առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող մարմնի մասին» և «Էերգետիկայի մասին» օրենքներում նախատեսված փոփոխությունների և լրացումների փաթեթը, այսպես ասած, ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման ծրագիրը։
Ընդամենը մեկ օրվա ընթացքում խորհրդարանը պետք է 2-րդ ընթերցում անցկացնի։ Բնականաբար, հաշվի առնելով խորհրդարանում «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորների թիվը, այդ ընթերցումը ևս կանցնի և կուղարկվի ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Վահագն Խաչատուրյանին՝ վավերացման։ Այդ ընթացքում Փաշինյանը սպառնալիքներ է տեղում ՀԷՑ-ի աշխատողների հասցեին, ովքեր մտադիր են հուլիսի 4-ին մասնակցել ի պաշտպանություն Սամվել Կարապետյանի բողոքի ակցիային։
Քննչական կոմիտեին էլ քսի են տվել «Տաշիր գրուպ» ընկերության գրասենյակի վրա, քրեական գործ է հարուցվել իբր առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով փողերի լվացման և հարկերն ու տուրքերը չվճարելու հոդվածներով։ Երեկ 6 ժամից ավելի խուզարկություն է իրականացվել «Տաշիր գրուպի» գլխավոր գրասենյակում, առգրավել են համակարգիչներ, փաթեթներ, փաստաթղթեր։ Փաշինյանը շտապում է, հասկանալով, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ արշավն իրեն հեշտությամբ չի տրվելու։ Կարապետյանը, ի տարբերություն այլ գործիչների և ուժերի, լուրջ ոսկոր է Փաշինյանի կոկորդում, և կարող է իշխանությանը մեծ գլխացավանք պատճառել։
Այդուհանդերձ, վա-բանկ գնալու իր սովորությունը չթողնելով, Փաշինյանն այս դեպքում էլ որոշել է գնալ մինչև վերջ, պատժել և ունեզրկել ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ գործարարին։ Իհարկե, հետագայում իրավական և քաղաքական լուրջ հետևանքներ է առաջացնելու, ընդհուպ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կարող է հսկայական ֆինանսական կորուստներ կրել Փաշինյանի վրեժխնդրության էժանագին մարմաջի պատճառով, բայց նման մանրուքները Փաշինյանին բոլորովին չեն հետաքրքրում։ Ցանկացած ոք, ով փորձում է դեմ դուրս գալ նրա քաղաքականությանը, նման վրեժխնդրության թիրախ է դառնում։
