ՔՊ-ն կեղծ հայտարարություններով փորձում է խաբել միջազգային հանրությանը
ANALYSIS
ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել ԱԺ հայտարարության նախագիծ՝ «Բռնության ճանապարհով պետական իշխանությանը տիրանալու անթույլատրելիության և ժողովրդավարության պաշտպանության» մասին։ «Շուտով կգումարվի ԱԺ արտահերթ նստաշրջան, որտեղ կքննարկենք հայտարարության նախագիծը, և Ազգային ժողովը պաշտոնապես իր գնահատականը կտա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ ծրագրված ահաբեկչության փաստին», - ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է նախագծի հիմնական զեկուցող, իշխող խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը։ Հիմնավորման մեջ հիշատակվում է, որ 2025 թվականի հունիսին իրավապահները բացահայտել են ահաբեկչության փորձ՝ միտված երկրում սահմանադրական կարգի տապալմանը և ՀՀ օրինական իշխանությունների բռնի հեռացմանը։
Նախագիծը նաև առանձնահատուկ շեշտում է, որ անընդունելի են համարում իբր Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին քաղաքական խաղերի մեջ ներքաշվելու գործողությունները։ Հայտարարությունը, որն առանձնապես իրենից ոչինչ չի ներկայացնում, «Քաղպայմանագրի» համար ընդամենը քաղաքական գնահատական տալու առիթ է դառնալու, հերթական քարոզչական պղպջակ։ Առանց այն էլ ժողովուրդը հրաշալի գիտի, թե ով ով է, ինչ է արել Փաշինյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ։
Բայց խորհրդարանում նման կեղծ հայտարարություն անցկացնելով՝ գործող իշխանությունները ցանկանում են իրենց համար իրավական նախադեպեր ստեղծել ու հետագայում իրենց պատիժը մեղմելու և քաղաքական աստառ տալու համար։ Իհարկե, որևէ խոսք չկա, որ գործող իշխանություններն իրենք են հետապնդում և բռնաճնշումների ենթարկում թե՛ ընդդիմադիրներին և թե՛ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու սպասավորներին։ Գործող իշխանությունն իր քարոզչամեքենային հստակ հրահանգ է տվել Բագրատ և Միքայել սրբազաններին ներկայացնել որպես ահաբեկիչներ, ինչը բավական փութաջանորեն իրականացնում են պատգամավորների, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենայի, հարակից կուսակցությունների և փորձագետների կողմից։ Ոչ միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, այլ նաև արտերկրին համոզելու խնդիր է դրված, և Փաշինյանը փորձում է իր հակաժողովրդավարական քայլերը ներկայացնել որպես հանուն ժողովրդավարության պաշտպանության իրականացված գործողություններ։
