Իշխանությունը բռնազավթած վարչախումբը երկիրը վերածել է քաղաքական հետապնդումների ու խղճի բանտարկյալների պետության։ Հայազգի գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ապօրինի կալանքից հետո թրքահպատակ վարչախումբը փորձում է խլել նրա օրինական սեփականությունը՝ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը»` վտանգելով ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգը և ազգային անվտանգությունը։

Տեղի ունեցող ապօրինությունները սպառնալիք են նաև ՀՀ տնտեսության և հատկապես ներդրումային միջավայրի համար, քանի որ ցանկացած ներդրողի օրինական սեփականությունն այսուհետև կարող է բռնազավթվել իշխող վարչախմբի կողմից` զուտ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներից ելնելով։
 
Այս ամենն ուղեկցվում է նաև իշխանական քարոզչամիջոցներից հորդող ստահոդ քարոզով, թե իբր սա տեղի է ունենում սպառողների շահերը պաշտպանելու նպատակով: Իրականությունն այն է, որ այս ամենը հանգեցնելու է ՀՀ-ում էլեկտրամատակարարման համակարգի ապակայունացմանը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների թանկացմանը և ընդհանուր տնտեսական ճգնաժամի խորացմանը։
 
Այս գործողությունները հայկական Սփյուռքի և սփյուռքահայ գործարարների դեմ ուղղված քայլ են, որով փորձ է արվում վերջնականապես կտրելու Հայաստանը արտասահմանում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցներից, ինչն էլ հերթական թուրքական պահանջն է։
 
«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետապնդումները, պահանջում է անհապաղ ազատ արձակել նրան, ինչպես նաև դադարեցնել ՀՀ տնտեսության ու էներգետիկ համակարգի դեմ ուղղված ապօրինի քայլերը։
