Մի շարք օգտատերերի գրառումներից տպավորությունս հետևյալն է․ Երբ իմ եւ իմ ընտանիքի անդամների, իմ համախոհների հասցեին ամենավերջին բառապաշարն է օգտավործվում, ես երկրի ղեկավար չեմ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Իսկ երբ հակադարձում եմ՝ արդեն երկրի ղեկավար եմ, ով չպետք է իրեն նման բան թույլ տա։
Բայց իմ, իմ ընտանիքի անդամների ու համախոհների նկատմամբ ամեն բան կարելի է թույլ տալ։
Հասկանում եմ, որ երկրի ղեկավարը ավելի մեծ սահմանափակումներ ունի, քան ընդդիմությունը։ Բայց ընդդիմադիրներն էլ ունեն սահմանափակում։ Եթե ընդդիմադիրները չունեն ոչ մի սահմանափակում, երկրի ղեկավարը ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանի ինքն իրեն, իր ընտանիքի անդամներին եւ իր համախոհներին, ովքեր թիրախավորվում են նույն կերպ։
Անցնել ապօրինի մեթոդների՞։ Դա անթույլատրելի եւ անընդունելի է։
Պատի՞ժ սահմանենք ծանր վիրավորանքի համար։ Դա էլ փորձեցինք, բայց աղմուկը նույնն էր, թե Հայաստանում սահմանափակում են խոսքի իրավունքը։
Քաղհայցերով դիմել դատարա՞ն։ Աղմուկը նույնն է, ճնշում են խոսքի ազատությունը։ Եւ բացի այդ, ու՞մ փողերով եւ որքան դիմել դատարան։ Չէ՞ որ դա ծախս է։ Ո՞վ է ֆինանսավորելու այդ ծախսը։ Անձնական, ընտանեկան, կուսակցական բյուջեով դա հնարավոր չէ։ Պետական բյուջեով՝ նույն աղմուկը կլինի։
Հանդուրժել հայհոյա՞նքը։ Իմ անձի նկատմամբ դեռ հասկացանք, բայց կողմնակիցներիս ու ընտանիքիս անդամների հասցեին՝ չեմ կարող այլեւս հանդուրժել։
Հետեւաբար, իմ դիրքորոշումը հստակ է։ Կլինի սուր, բայց կանոնավոր բառապաշարով քննադատություն, ես կվարվեմ նույն կերպ։ Կլինի հայհոյանք ու վիրավորանք՝ արձագանքելու եմ նույն կերպ։ Կլինի հարգանք, կարձագանքեմ հարգանքով։ Այլ բան խնդրում եմ չսպասել։ Ընդ որում, իմ բոլոր համախոհներին եւ կողմնակիցներին կոչ եմ անելու վարվել նույն կերպ։ Ակտիվորեն վարվել նույն կերպ։
Այլընտրանք չկա։ Կամ հանրային կոնսենսուս կլինի այս հարցի շուրջ եւ մենք կունենանք ինչքան էլ սուր, բայց քաղաքակիրթ բանավեճ, կամ կլինի խոտորնակին խոտորնակ, գուցե ոչ մեկին մեկ, այլ 10–ին մեկ, թեկուզ 20–ին մեկ, բայց կլինի անպայման ու կլինի շատ ուժեղ։ Այլ բան խնդրում եմ չսպասել։ Ինքս քաղաքակիրթ բանավեճի կողմնակից եմ։ Բայց սա այն հարցն է, որ ես չեմ որոշում, թող որոշեն քաղաքական հակառակ ճամբարում գտնվողները։
Հ․Գ․ Հաջորդ լուծումն այն է, որ քաղհասարակությունն ու հանրությունը իրենք պահանջեն ծանր վիրավորանքի քրեականացում։ Եւ սրա՛ շուրջ ձեւավորենք հանրային կոնսենսուս։ Ինչպես կորոշեք՝ կարճ ասած»,-գրել է նա։
