«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այսօր ԱԺ-ն քննարկելու է, ինչպես մասնագետներն են նշում, «ՀԷՑ-ը խլելու» օրինագծերը: Փորձագետներն արդեն իսկ նշում են, որ դա ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար: Իշխանությունները ՀԷՑ-ի դեմ քարոզչության շրջանակներում նշում են, որ մասնավորի կողմից վատ կառավարում է իրականացվում: «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար, տնտեսագետ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշում է, որ իրականում հակառակն է: «Եկեք համեմատական տանենք «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» և «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունների միջև։ ԲԷՑ-ը պետական է, որի հիմնական նպատակը, ուղենիշը եղել է Հայաստան-Իրան, ՀայաստանՎրաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման ցանցի կառուցումը, վերազինումը, վերանորոգումը, շատ ավելի հզոր էլեկտրամալուխներով, լարերով փոխանցման համար նոր գծերի կառուցումը և այլն։ Սրանից որևէ մեկը չի իրականացվել, չեն կարողացել սա կատարել։ Ի՞նչ է արել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը»։ 150 միլիոն դոլարի վարկեր է ներգրավել միջազգային կազմակերպություններից, մոտավորապես 165 միլիոն դոլարի չափով էլ պարտատոմսեր է թողարկել Հայաստանի տարածքում, ներգրավել է դրամական միջոցներ, որի հաշվին կարողանում է պարբերաբար վերազինվել։ Ընդ որում՝ «Moody's» վարկանիշավորման միջազգային ընկերությունը Հայաստանի վարկունակության գնահատականից մի աստիճանով բարձր գնահատական է տվել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերին»,-նշում է Սարգսյանը։
Մյուս կողմից՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի բոլոր անջատումների դեպքում մեղադրում են ՀԷՑ-ին: «Տեսեք՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի տեղափոխման պատասխանատուն, տեղափոխման ծառայություններ մատուցողը «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցերն» են, որը պետական է, այսինքն՝ նրա փոխանցման դժվարությունների՝ պարբերաբար վերազինումներ, վերանորոգումներ չիրականացնելու պատճառով տեղի են ունենում վթարներ և հոսանքի վթարային անջատումներ, բայց որպես դրա մեղավոր այսօրվա կառավարիչը կարգում է բաշխիչ ցանցին՝ ՀԷՑ-ին»,նշում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ու հավելում, որ այս ամենի հնարավոր զարգացման երկու սցենար կարող է լինել՝ կա՛մ ՀԷՑ-ի սնանկացում և էներգետիկ ճգնաժամ, կա՛մ սակագների էական բարձրացում։ «Իսկ վերջում, բնականաբար, ևս մեկ ռազմավարական օբյեկտի հանձնում Թուրքիային»,-ամփոփում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
