Դուք նույնիսկ չեք կարող պատկերացնել, ինչքան վտանգավոր են կազմվածքի ու առողջության համար որոշ մթերքներ: Ճիշտ է, մեկ առանձին վերցրած մթերքը որեւէ վնաս չի հասցնում, սակայն եթե Դուք մշտապես սնվեք դրանցով, արդյունքները սարսափելի կարող են լինել:
Ահա մի քանի մթերք, որոնցից պետք է հավերժ հրաժարվել:
1. Միկրոալիքային վառարանում պատրաստված պոպկորն

4. Մարգարին
Մարգարինում տրանսճարպեր են պարունակվում, որոնք բարձրացնում են խոլեստերինի մակարդը արյան մեջ եւ դրանով իսկ վնասում անոթների պատերը: Ինչքան պինդ է մարգարինը, այդքան ավելի շատ վտանգավոր նյութեր է պարունակում:
