ՄԱԿ-ում Իրանի դեսպան և մշտական ​​ներկայացուցիչ Ամիր-Սաիդ Իրավանին հայտարարել է, որ ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի տեսուչները ներկայումս չեն կարողանում մուտք գործել Իրանի միջուկային օբյեկտներ, հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։

Հինգշաբթի օրը Al-Monitor-ում հրապարակված հարցազրույցում դեսպան Իրավանին ասել է, որ Իրանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ ուրանի հարստացումը պետք է տեղի ունենա իր տարածքի վրա։

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ չնայած տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունը,  ներառյալ կոնսորցիումի ստեղծումը, կարող է լրացնել Իրանի միջուկային գործունեությունը, սակայն այն երբեք չի փոխարինի  ներքին արտադրական կարողությունները պահպանելու Իրանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքին։

Իրավանին ընդգծել է, որ Իրանը նախկինի պես հավատարիմ է խաղաղ կարգավորմանը և միջուկային զենքի չտարածման մասին պայմանագրով իր պարտավորություններին՝  ձգտելով միայն բոլոր պատասխանատու անդամներին տրված իրավունքների պահպանմանը։ «Մենք ձգտում ենք ոչ ավելին, ոչ պակաս, քան պայմանագրի մյուս բոլոր կողմերին տրված իրավունքներին։ Պայմանագրի համաձայն, յուրաքանչյուր պետություն իրավունք ունի հետազոտել, արտադրել և օգտագործել միջուկային էներգիան խաղաղ նպատակներով։ Հետևաբար, մենք մտադիր ենք իրացնել այս իրավունքի բոլոր երեք բաղադրիչները, մասնավորապես՝ ներքին արտադրության իրավունքը», - ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում Իրանի դեսպանը։

Նա վերահաստատել է Իրանի բաց լինելը տարածաշրջանային երկրների հետ կոնսորցիումի շրջանակներում ռեակտորների անվտանգության և վառելիքի մատակարարման հարցերում համագործակցության համար, սակայն ընդգծել է, որ դա կլինի Իրանի ազգային ծրագրի լրացում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ապագա համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում վստահության ամրապնդման հնարավոր միջոցառումներին, Իրավանին մատնանշել է հարստացված ուրանի պաշարների կառավարման ճկունությունը, որը համապատասխանում է JCPOA շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված համաձայնություններին։

Դեսպանը նաև անդրադարձել է Իրանի վերջերս ընդունած խորհրդարանական օրինագծին՝ Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ՄԱԳԱՏԷ) հետ համագործակցությունը կասեցնելու մասին։ Նա բացատրել է, որ այս իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող քայլը ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի կողմից իր պարտավորությունները չկատարելու ուղղակի պատասխանն էր, մասնավորապես՝ Իրանի միջուկային օբյեկտների վրա ԱՄՆ-Իսրայելի անօրինական հարձակումների վերաբերյալ լռությանը։

«Եթե ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ն գործի ոչ խտրական ձևով՝ դատապարտելով Միացյալ Նահանգների և Իսրայելի կողմից Իրանի միջուկային օբյեկտների վրա հարձակումները, հարցը փոխանցելով Անվտանգության խորհրդին և ապահովելով Իրանի իրավունքների հարգումը Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման մասին համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում, ապա մենք պատրաստ կլինենք վերանայել օրենքի կիրառումը», - ասել է Իրավանին՝ կասեցումը որակելով որպես պատասխանատվության ազդանշան, այլ ոչ թե Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման մասին համաձայնագրից դուրս գալ։
