Չժենչժոուի համալսարանի հետազոտողները մշակել են խաղի կանոնները փոխող պոլիմեր, որը հասնում է գրեթե 20% օրգանական արևային մարտկոցի (OSC) արդյունավետության առկա նյութերի արժեքի մի փոքր մասով, գրում է Ixbt.com–ը։

Չժենչժոուի համալսարանի նոր պոլիմերը՝ PTQ15-ը, հասնում է 19.96% հավաստագրված էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության, որը ամենաբարձրն է ցածր գնով օրգանական նյութերի շարքում: 35,528 դոլար մեկ կիլոգրամի համար, PTQ15-ը մոտ մեկ հինգերորդով ցածր է PM6-ի և D18-ի նման պրեմիում պոլիմերների արժեքից, որոնք արժեն ավելի քան $200,000 մեկ կիլոգրամի համար: PTQ15-ը սինթեզվում է օպտիմալացված երեքից չորս քայլանոց գործընթացով ավելի քան 80% արտադրողականությամբ, ինչը նվազեցնում է արտադրական ծախսերը։

Բացի դա, այդ մարտկոցների թեթև և ճկուն բնույթը դրանք իդեալական է դարձնում այնպիսի կիրառությունների համար, ինչպիսիք են դյուրակիր լիցքավորիչները և շենքերում ինտեգրված ֆոտովոլտային մարտկոցները: Հետազոտողները նպատակ ունեն գերազանցել 20% արդյունավետության շեմը օպտիմալացնելով դոնոր-ակցեպտոր զույգերը և թաղանթի ձևաբանությունը, որը հնարավորություն կտա բացել դուռը դրանց զանգվածային շուկայում կիրառման համար:
