Քրեական գործեր՝ ընդդիմադիր լինելու համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր իշխանության համար ո՛չ օրենքները, ո՛չ փաստերը, մի խոսքով՝ ոչ մի բան նշանակություն չունի, նրանց միայն մեկ հարց է հետաքրքրում՝ ամեն կերպ ճնշում գործադրել ընդդիմադիրների ու ընդդիմացողների նկատմամբ։ Այս օրերին տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները դրա վառ վկայությունն են:
Իրականությունն այն է, որ իշխանությունն ամեն գնով ցանկանում է մեկուսացնել իր ընդդիմախոսներին և դրա համար պատրաստ է կիրառել ցանկացած գործիք։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միջոցների մեջ խտրականություն չի դնում: Այնպես որ, ցանկացած մեկին կարող են մեղադրել ցանկացած բանում, թեկուզ «Տիտանիկը» խորտակելու մեջ, կարևորն իրենց քաղաքական ու անձնական նպատակն է, իսկ օրենքն ու փաստերը երկրորդական են։
Ընդ որում, այդ ամենը արվում է բացահայտ ցինիզմով՝ առանց իրավունքի, օրենքի, արդարադատության ձևական նորմերն անգամ պահելու։ Բնական է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նշանառության տակ են բոլոր ընդդիմադիրները, որոնցից նա վախեր ունի: Ու այս համատեքստում երբեմն անհասկանալի է, երբ հնչում են հարցադրումներ, թե ինչո՞ւ, օրինակ՝ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը ներկայում Հայաստանում չէ։ Պատասխանը չափազանց պարզ ու տրիվիալ է: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը մեկ առ մեկ փորձում է «շարքից հանել» իր ընդդիմախոսներին՝ քրեական գործերի, կալանքների, բռնաճնշումների միջոցով։ Իսկ երբ մարդը տեսնում է, թե ինչպես է գործում ռեպրեսիվ մեքենան, կարող է նաև հեռանալու որոշում կայացնել՝ կանխելու համար քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարը, և թեկուզ հեռվից, բայց արդյունավետ գործունեություն ծավալել։
Արշակ Կարապետյանը ներկայումս ակտիվ քաղաքական գործունեություն է ծավալում, ստեղծել է նոր շարժում, հանդես է գալիս հրապարակային ուղերձներով, հարցազրույցներ է տալիս թե՛ տեղական, թե՛ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներին և, ինչպես բազմաթիվ այլ գործիչներ, հասկանում է՝ Հայաստանում այսօր օրենքը պաշտպանական մեխանիզմ չէ, այլ մահակի կարգավիճակում է, որը կիրառվում է ընտրովի։ Հայաստանում քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելը դարձել է վտանգավոր ոչ միայն կարիերայի, այլև մարդու անվտանգության տեսանկյունից։ Այսօրվա պայմաններում իշխանությանը քննադատող ցանկացած անձ կարող է հեշտությամբ դառնալ քաղաքական հետապնդման զոհ։
Ի դեպ, այս ամենի ֆոնին անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ իշխանությունները արդեն իսկ նրա դեմ քրեական գործ են հարուցել։ Փաստորեն, Հայաստանում իշխանությանը հենց միայն անհարմար լինելն արդեն իսկ բավարար է՝ մարդու նկատմամբ գործ կարելու և մեկուսացնելու համար։
