Ռուսաստանում գործարկվել է օտարերկրացիների համար նախատեսված նոր բազմալեզու ruID բջջային հավելվածը։ Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելու համար հավելվածից օգտվելու մասին հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի թվային զարգացման, կապի և զանգվածային հաղորդակցության նախարարությունից։
Հավելվածի օգնությամբ կարելի է դիմել Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելու համար, ստուգել մուտքի սահմանափակումները և ստեղծել թվային պրոֆիլ՝ մեր երկրում պետական ծառայություններ ստանալու համար։ Հավելվածը կարելի է ներբեռնել RuStore-ից, Google Play-ից, AppGallery-ից, App Store-ից։

Ինչպե՞ս դիմել Ռուսաստան առանց վիզայի մուտքի համար։
Գրանցվել ruID-ում։ Դա կպահանջի անձի էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեն, բայց ռուսական հեռախոսահամար տրամադրելը պարտադիր չէ։
Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելուց ոչ ուշ, քան 72 ժամ առաջ նշել ուղևորության նպատակը և անձնական տվյալները։ Բացառիկ դեպքերում սահմանը հատելուց 4 ժամ առաջ կարելի է տեղեկացնել այցելության մասին։

Դիմում կարոն են չձևակերպել Բելառուսի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները, 6 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաները, Ռուսաստանում օտարերկրյա պետությունների դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների և հյուպատոսական հիմնարկների դիվանագետներն ու աշխատակիցները, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանում հավատարմագրված միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և դրանց ներկայացուցչությունների աշխատակիցները և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները։
