Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական դաշտում զարգանում է մի գործընթաց, որը կարող է լուրջ ազդեցություն ունենալ երկրի իշխանական կառուցվածքի վրա։ Խոսքը պատգամավորներ Հակոբ Ասլանյանի և Հովիկ Աղազարյանի նախաձեռնած իմփիչմենթի գործընթացի մասին է, որին պաշտոնապես միացել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը՝ պաշտպանելով վարչապետի թեկնածուի կարգավիճակով Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին։
Եկեղեցական գործչի առաջադրումը՝ որպես քաղաքական ուղերձ
Թեև շատերի համար նման թեկնածուի ընտրությունը կարող է անսովոր թվալ, քաղաքական ու հասարակական շրջանակներում այն ընկալվում է դիմադրության հստակ ուղերձ։ Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, երբ եկեղեցու դեմ հարձակումները դարձել են համակարգային, իսկ իշխանությունների քայլերը՝ առավել ագրեսիվ ու վրեժխնդիր, հասարակության մի շերտի մեջ ձևավորել են սպասում ոչ դասական, բայց համազգային հեղինակություն ունեցող առաջնորդության։
Կաթողիկոսի «զուսպ վերապահումը» և դրա շուրջ արձագանքները
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ իմփիչմենթի նախաձեռնությանը որոշակիորեն դեմ է արտահայտվել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ն, սակայն փորձագիտական շրջանակները նշում են, որ Կաթողիկոսի վերապահումը ավելի շատ վերաբերում է եկեղեցու անմիջական մասնակցությանը քաղաքականությանը, ոչ թե Միքայել Սրբազանի անձին։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, քաղաքական վերլուծաբանները նկատում են, որ իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող հարձակումը Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ լեգիտիմացրել է այդ կառույցի ավելի ընդգծված ներկայությունը նաև քաղաքական հարթակներում։
Սպասվող զարգացումներ
Ըստ վստահելի աղբյուրների՝ մոտ ապագայում գործընթացին կմիանա նաև «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա հավաքել անհրաժեշտ նվազագույնը՝ 36 ստորագրություն, Ազգային ժողովում իմփիչմենթի գործընթացը օրակարգ մտցնելու համար։
Դա կլինի իրավական գործընթացի մեկնարկի բանալին, որից հետո հարցը կարող է դուրս գալ միայն քաղաքական քննարկման հարթակից և անցնել խորհրդարանական փաստացի պայքարի մակարդակ։
Ինչ է սա նշանակում Հայաստանի համար
Այս գործընթացը, ըստ էության, ոչ միայն իշխանափոխության հնարավորության շուրջ պայքար է, այլ նաև սուր արձագանք այն քաղաքականության նկատմամբ, որում պետականություն ասվածը գնալով զրկվում է թե՛ արժեքային հիմքերից, թե՛ ազգային ներքին ամրությունից։
Միքայել Աջապահյանի առաջադրումը, ըստ շատերի, պարզապես քաղաքական ընտրություն չէ։ Դա արժեքային սահմանագծում է, որը ցույց է տալիս՝ ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է անգամ ոչ քաղաքական գործիչների միջոցով դրսևորել իր քաղաքական կամքը։
