Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբն այսօր փորձել է անել այն, ինչ դարերով չի հաջողվել մեր թշնամիներին: Այդուհանդերձ, ի հակառակ հավատացյալ հայ ժողովրդին նսեմացնելու և քաղաքացիական բախումներ հրահրելու, իշխանությունների բացահայտ քայլերի, ակնհայտ է աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ժողովրդի ճնշող մեծամասնության լիակատար ու անվերապահ աջակցությունը Մայր Աթոռին և մեր հոգևոր արժեքներին:
Վերջին օրերի շարունակական սանձարձակ հարձակումներն ուղղված են ոչ միայն Վեհափառ Հայրապետի կամ որևէ հոգևորականի դեմ, այլև, ըստ էության, բացահայտ պատերազմ են մեր ազգային ինքնության, միասնականության և սրբությունների դեմ ու անթաքույց ուղիղ հարված են մեր պետականության հիմքերին:
Վերահաստատելով իր անսասան աջակցությունը Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցուն, Դիվանագետների համահայկական խորհուրդը հորդորում է ազգային ու պետականամետ բոլոր ուժերին անհետաձգելիորեն մշակել և գործի դնել ժողովրդի համախմբումն ապահովող քաղաքական հատուկ գործիքակազմ երկրում ներքին համերաշխության ու սահմանադրականության ապահովման և նոր իշխանության ձևավորման համար:
