Следственные действия в резиденции Ширакской епархии завершены. Сотрудники правоохранительных органов ушли, после чего дверь в епархию была открыта.

После следственных действий в резиденции предстоятеля Ширакской епархии была показана видеозапись обыска в резиденции архиепископа Микаэла. На видеозаписи видно, что у архиепископа изъят ноутбук, перерыты бумаги и сломана одна из дверей.

Следует отметить, что некоторое время назад в монастырь Первопрестольного Святого Эчмиадзина вошло несколько сотрудников СНБ в масках. Скорее всего, они пришли задержать предстоятеля Ширакской епархии архиепископа Микаэла Аджапахяна.

Некоторое время назад адвокат Ара Зограбян зачитал предстоятелю Ширакской епархии постановление следователя Следственного комитета о задержании архиепископа Михаила. Он подчеркнул, что поводом стали слова архиепископа Микаэла в интервью, данном 3 февраля 2024 года, в котором  он якобы публично призывал к захвату власти и насильственному свержению конституционного строя.

Отметим, что сегодня утром в резиденцию Ширакской епархии ворвались около 30 человек в масках.

Ранее Новости Армении - NEWS.am сообщало, что в отношении предстоятеля Ширакской епархии архиепископа Микаэла Аджапахяна возбуждено уголовное дело.

«17 июня 2025 года было возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 422 Уголовного кодекса (публичные призывы к захвату власти, нарушению территориальной целостности, отказу от суверенитета или насильственному свержению конституционного строя)», — сообщили в Генпрокуратуре.
