ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման հրատապ քայլերն ու կառավարության նիստին փաշինյանի՝ այն վաճառելու մասին հայտարարությունները հավաստում են, որ թուրքական կամ ադրբեջանական ընկերությունների կողմից սեփականության իրավունք ձեռքբերելու հավանականությունը չի բացառվում։
 
«Իսկ թե ինչ կլինի հետո, կտեսնենք»,- ասում է փաշինյանը։ Նկատենք, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ հետապնդումներն սկսեցին վարչապետի աթոռն զբաղեցնողի՝ Անկարա այցից անմիջապես հետո. այցի մանրամասների մասին ժող.բաստիոնի ղեկավար՝ ամենայն հայոց թափանցիկ (տրանսպարենտ) վարչապետը մինչ օրս որևէ հայտարարություն չի արել։
 
Կարո՞ղ ենք մտածել, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հերքման/մերժման/ուրացման, հայկական տարածքներ զիջելով կեղծ «խաղաղության» համաձայնագրի պարտադրանքից ու «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» բառախաղի, իրականում այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» զիջելու շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններից բացի նաև հայկական էլեկտրական ցանցերը վաճառել/գնելու շուրջ են պայմանավորվել։
 
Իհարկե կարող ենք, շուրջ 10 տարի Թուրքիայի կողմից ատոմակայանը փակելու պահանջներն ու նիկոլ փաշինյանի այս տեսանյութի հայտարարությունները վկա. «մեզ էդքան շատ ատոմակայաններ պե՞տք են որ, ի՞նչ ենք անում երկու ատոմակայանը», լրիվ նույն տրամաբանությամբ, ինչ «Շուշին մեզ պե՞տք էր որ, դժգույն, դճբախտ Շուշին»։
