«Պարադիս» հանդիսությունների սրահի խոհանոցում ծագած վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է բակում, որտեղ այն վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի

Հունիսի 4-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արմավիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արմավիր քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցում գտնվող «Պարադիս» հանդիսությունների սրահում վիճաբանություն է։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 15։30-ի սահմաններում նշված հանդիսությունների սրահի աշխատակիցներ, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Խաչիկ Ն․-ն, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 36-ամյա Բենիամին Բ․-ն և 34-ամյա Դավիթ Ս․-ն հանդիսությունների սրահի խոհանոցում վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, որի ժամանակ ձեռքերով փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց և խափանել նշված հանդիսությունների սրահի բնականոն աշխատանքը։
Ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների՝ այնուհետև վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է սրահի բակում, որտեղ վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Գրիգոր Հ․-ն, որի ժամանակ Խաչիկ Ն․-ն և Գրիգոր Հ․-ն ձեռքերով փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, ինչն էլ ուղեկցվել է հայհոյանքներով, հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, իրենց գործողություններով խոչընդոտելով այլ անձանց ազատ տեղաշարժը։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
