Ձերբակալվել է «Սրբազան պայքար»-ի ակտիվիստ Լիդյա Մանթաշյանը։
Այս մասին հայտնել է շարժման տելեգրամյան ալիքը:
Հիշեցնենք՝ 16 անձի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ Քննչականը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ «Սրբազան պայքար» անվանումը կրող շարժման ղեկավարների և մասնակիցների կողմից ահաբեկչության և իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձերբակալված է 14 անձ: Հայնի են 12-ի անունները:
Հիշեցնենք՝ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ «Սրբազան պայքար»-ի մասնակիցները և ղեկավարները պլանավորել են ՀՀ-ում ահաբեկչական գործողություններ: Պլանավորմանը մասնակցել են մի շարք անձինք, ներգրավվել են նախկին ոստիկաններ ու զինվորականներ:
Հրապարակվել են այս ամենը հաստատող ձայնագրություններ ևս, որոնցում տարատեսակ ցուցումներ է տալիս, պլաններ ներկայացնում հենց Գալստանյանը: Արդեն հայտնի է, որ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Բագրատ Գալստանյանին:
Ահաբեկչության նախապատրաստում և իշխանության յուրացում հոդվածներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև Հրայր սարկավագ Հակոբյանին և Աղասի Արշակյանին։
