«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ria.ru–ն գրում է, որ գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ձերբակալությունը կարող է լինել Հայաստանում ընտրությունները ուզուրպացնելու փորձ, ria.ru–ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ֆրանսիացի լրագրող և հասարակական գործիչ Դմիտրի դե Կոշկոն։ «Կարապետյանի դեպքը հիշեցնում է այն իրավիճակը, որին բախվել են ռումինացիներն ու մոլդովացիները, որտեղ ընտրությունները ուզուրպացվել են։ Սա մի տեսակ նախերգանք է այն բանի, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ Հայաստանում, կամ այն բանի, թե ինչ է Փաշինյանն այժմ նախապատրաստում՝ հարձակվելով Հայ եկեղեցու՝ հայ ինքնության ամենակարևոր տարրի, ինչպես նաև Եկեղեցուն աջակցող գործարարի վրա, ով վաղը կարող է դառնալ իրական և ժողովրդական հակառակորդ և մասնակցել ընտրություններին», - ասել է դե Կոշկոն։
Փորձագետի խոսքով, Կարապետյանի ձերբակալությունը փորձ է՝ կանխել ազատ ընտրությունները, որոնց արդյունքները կարող են անբարենպաստ լինել ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար։ «Այսպիսով, նրանք, վերացնելով գլխավոր մրցակցին, արդեն իսկ խեղաթյուրում են քաղաքական իրականությունը և ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը Հայաստանում այնպես, ինչպես Ռումինիայում վերացվեց գլխավոր քաղաքական այլընտրանքը։ Սա է բանալին, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչ է կատարվում», - հավելել է նա։
«Տաշիր Գրուպ» ընկերության սեփականատեր Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանից հետո, երբ նա հայտարարել է իշխանությունների հարձակումների ֆոնին Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցուն աջակցելու մասին: Գործարարն ինքը չի ընդունել մեղքը և Հայաստանի իշխանություններին անվանել է չկայացած: Կարապետյանը մեծ գումարներ է ներդնում Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում: «Տաշիր» հիմնադրամի բարեգործական գործունեության հիմնական ոլորտներն են պատմական ժառանգության պահպանումն ու վերածնունդը, եկեղեցիների և տաճարների վերականգնումը, առողջապահության և բժշկագիտության զարգացումը: Բացի այդ, միջոցների մի մասն ուղղվում է զանգվածային և երիտասարդական սպորտի աջակցությանը, մշակույթի և արվեստի զարգացմանը, սոցիալական ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, կարիքավորների, այդ թվում՝ ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող ընտանիքների, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց օգնությանը: Հիմնադրամը կառուցում և վերանորոգում է կրթական հաստատություններ, ինչպես նաև իրականացնում է կրթական ծրագրեր:
