Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելու նոր կանոններ. ինչպե՞ս դիմել էլեկտրոնային թույլտվության համար և ստանալ QR կոդ

2025 թվականի հունիսի 30-ից Ռուսաստանը կներդնի օտարերկրացիների համար մուտքի նոր կանոններ։ Այժմ սահմանը հատելու համար ձեզ անհրաժեշտ կլինի հատուկ QR կոդ, որը պետք է նախապես ձեռք բերեք և ներկայացնեք անցակետում։
2025 թվականի հունիսի 30-ից Ռուսաստան առանց վիզայի մուտք գործող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները պարտավոր կլինեն անցնել թվային գրանցում ժամանումից առնվազն 72 ժամ առաջ։ Սա պետք է արվի Պետական ծառայությունների RuID հավելվածում։ Արտակարգ դեպքերում (օրինակ՝ մերձավոր ազգականի հիվանդություն կամ մահ) թույլատրվում է դիմում ներկայացնել ավելի կարճ ժամանակահատվածում՝ ժամանումից չորս ժամ առաջ։ Դիմումը ներկայացնելուց հետո դիմումում կստեղծվի հատուկ QR կոդ, որը պարտադիր կդառնա Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելիս ներկայացնելու համար։
Նոր մուտքի կանոնները կկիրառվեն Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Մոլդովայի, Տաջիկստանի, Ուզբեկստանի և այլ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, որոնց հետ Ռուսաստանը կնքել է առանց վիզայի համաձայնագրեր։
Որպեսզի կոդը ճիշտ գեներացվի, օտարերկրացիները պետք է լրացնեն իրենց անձնական տվյալները Պետական ծառայությունների RuID հավելվածի անձնական հաշվում, վերբեռնեն լուսանկար և նշեն երկրում գտնվելու տևողությունը։ Բացի այդ, հունիսի 30-ից սկսած, Ռուսաստանի բոլոր սահմանային կետերը կհավաքեն կենսաչափական տվյալներ՝ լուսանկարներ և մատնահետքեր։ Այս պրակտիկան արդեն լայնորեն տարածված է Մոսկվայի Վնուկովո, Դոմոդեդովո, Շերեմետևո և Ժուկովսկի օդանավակայաններում, ինչպես նաև Օրենբուրգի մարզի Մաշտակովո անցակետում։
Եթե մուտքի դիմումի ներկայացումից անցել է 90 օր, և օտարերկրացին չի մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան, ապա QR կոդը պետք է կրկին ստանալ։
Ինչպես ստանալ QR կոդ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտք գործելու համար. քայլ առ քայլ հրահանգներ:
- Գրանցվեք Gosuslugi RuID հավելվածում (այն կհայտնվի բջջային հավելվածներում հունիսի 30-ին մոտ):
- Լրացրեք ձեր անձնական էջը, տրամադրեք ձեր տվյալները և վերբեռնեք լուսանկար։
- Լրացրեք էլեկտրոնային մուտքի դիմում՝ նշելով Ռուսաստանում գտնվելու նպատակը և տևողությունը։ Սա պետք է արվի մուտքի սպասվող ամսաթվից ոչ ուշ, քան երեք օր առաջ։
- Սպասեք մինչև QR կոդը գեներացվի և էկրանի սքրին արեք՝ ամեն դեպքում։ Սահմանային կետում կարող են խնդիրներ լինել ինտերնետի հետ կապված։
- Սահմանին ներկայացրեք QR կոդը և անձնագիրը (կամ այլ հաստատված անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ):
- Մուտքի մոտ անցեք կենսաչափական ստուգումների ընթացակարգերը. ձեզ կխնդրեն լուսանկարվել և մատնահետքեր տրամադրել։
Ի՞նչ է «Գոսուսլուգի ՌուԻԴ»-ը։
Պետական ծառայությունների RuID հավելվածը սկսել է մշակվել 2024 թվականին՝ որպես միգրացիայի մոնիթորինգի գործիք։ Ավելի ուշ նրանք որոշեցին այն դարձնել օտարերկրացիների համար նախատեսված ռուսական «Գոսուսլուգի» պորտալի մի տեսակ անալոգ։
Հավելվածի օգտատերերը կկարողանան առցանց տեղեկացնել Ներքին գործերի նախարարությանը Ռուսաստան այցելության մասին, ստանալ կամավոր բժշկական ապահովագրության պոլիս (VMI) կամ ռուսական SIM քարտ։ Ապագայում նախատեսվում է ընդլայնել ֆունկցիոնալությունը։ Ենթադրվում է, որ հարթակի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ աշխատանքի թույլտվություն, հայտնել աշխատանքի մասին կամ երկարաձգել Ռուսաստանում գտնվելու ժամկետը։
