Внедрение единого роуминга на пространстве ЕАЭС, запланированное на 2-ую половину 2025 года, будет отложено. Об этом на пресс-конференции заявил 24 июня член Коллегии по конкуренции и антимонопольному регулированию Евразийской экономической комиссии (ЕЭК) Максим Ермолович.

Тем не менее, работа по сближению роуминговых тарифов с национальными продолжится.

«Напомним, что инициатива об отмене роуминга была предложена Казахстаном. Она обсуждается в рамках комиссии с 2019 года. К 2024 году ЕЭК разработала рекомендации по поэтапному сближению тарифов.

На основе этих рекомендаций планируется выработать единые принципы формирования справедливых тарифов. Эти принципы будут учитывать реальную структуру затрат операторов связи при оказании услуг в роуминге», - пояснил Ермолович. По словам министра, практическое сближение тарифов уже реализовано в ряде двусторонних соглашений: между операторами России и Белоруссии, а также между операторами России и Казахстана.

«В этих случаях тарифы максимально приближены к целевым ориентирам ЕЭК… Вместе с тем, на уровне всего союза каких-либо единых соглашений пока нет. Комиссия намерена оценить финансовые последствия предлагаемых тарифов для операторов связи, после чего инициирует дальнейшие обсуждения с ними», - сказал Ермолович.
