ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի նկատմամբ դժգոհությունն ուղղել գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ՝ նրան մեղադրելով երկրում ստեղծված տնտեսական դժվարությունների մեջ։ Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով կոմիտեի առաջին փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
Զատուլինի խոսքով՝ տնտեսական իրավիճակը, որից դժգոհում են շատ հայաստանցիներ, Փաշինյանի քաղաքականության հետևանքն է։

«Փաշինյանը գլուխ է կոտրում, որ վերընտրվի 2026 թվականի հունիսին, և որպես նոր քարոզարշավ, որի մեջ նա մտադիր է ներքաշել ամբողջ Հայաստանը, պայքար է սկսել հայկական եկեղեցու դեմ։ Տնտեսական կապերի շնորհիվ ՀՀ–ն կայուն տնտեսական աճ է գրանցել, հատկապես հատուկ ռազմական գործողության ընթացքում, քանի որ ռուսաստանցի ռելոկանտներն մեկնել են այնտեղ, բիզնեսներ բացել և գումարներ ներդրել», – բացատրել է Զատուլինը։

Ռուսաստանցի խորհրդարանականը կարծում է, որ Կարապետյանը կկարողանա դառնալ հայ ժողովրդի առաջնորդը, իսկ Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, նրան հնարավորություն է տալիս իրեն ներկայացնել ոչ միայն որպես գործարար և բարերար, այլև որպես քաղաքական գործիչ։

Զատուլինը նշել է, որ անձամբ է ճանաչում Սամվել Կարապետյանին և վստահ է, որ նա անկեղծ է, երբ խոսում է իր քրիստոնեական արմատների և Հայ եկեղեցու նկատմամբ իր հարգանքի մասին։
«Հայի համար Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը, իմ կարծիքով, արտառոց բան է։ Դա բարոյական արատավորության նշան է», – կարծում է նա։
