Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն պատասխանել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությանը

Հայաստանի գործողությունները հակասում են Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության նկատմամբ իր հանձնառության մասին նրա պաշտոնական կառույցների հայտարարություններին։ Դրա մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Այհան Հաջիզադեն՝ մեկնաբանելով Ստամբուլում անցկացված ԻՀԿ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի 51-րդ նստաշրջանի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը։
«Խաղաղությանն իր հանձնառության մասին Հայաստանի հայտարարությունները չեն համապատասխանում նրա գործողություններին։ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես պաշտպանել է տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա հիմնված համապարփակ խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը, մինչդեռ Հայաստանը բազմիցս խոչընդոտել է առաջընթացը՝ կարևորագույն հարցերի շուրջ ցուցաբերելով ոչ կառուցողական դիրքորոշում», -ըստ minval.az-ի՝ հայտարարել է Հաջիզադեն։
Ըստ Հաջիզադեի՝ ԻՀԿ-ի ընդունած բանաձևերը, այդ թվում՝ «Ներկայիս Հայաստանի տարածքից բռնի և համակարգված կերպով վտարված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի իրավունքի մասին» բանաձևը, «արտացոլում են պատմական փաստերը և հիմնված են միջազգային իրավունքի և արդարադատության սկզբունքների վրա»։
«Հակառակ Հայաստանի պնդումներին, այժմյան Հայաստանի տարածքից ադրբեջանցիների համակարգված վտարումը կամավոր չէր, այլ ուղեկցվում էր բռնությամբ, սպառնալիքներով և մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներով»։
«ԻՀԿ-ի՝ ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի իրավունքի աջակցությունը Հայաստանի կողմից որևէ հիմք չունեցող «տարածքային պահանջ» չէ, այլ արդարադատության և նրանց հիմնարար իրավունքների վերականգնման կոչ», -ըստ APA-ի՝ նշել է նա։
«ԻՀԿ-ի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը քաղաքականացնելու և իր գործողությունների համար պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու Հայաստանի փորձերը չեն խանգարի Ադրբեջանին տարածաշրջանում արդար և կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու իր ջանքերից։ Մենք Հայաստանին կոչ ենք անում հրաժարվել ռևիզիոնիստական հռետորաբանությունից և ճանաչել իր պատմական պատասխանատվությունը», -նշել է Հաջիզադեն։
