Ռուսաստանի կոշտ զգուշացումը. ի՞նչ է նշանակում այս ամենը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած համաժողովի ժամանակ Ռուսաստանը հերթական կոշտ ուղերձն է հղել ՀՀ իշխանություններին։ Փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի գնահատականներով, արդեն այս տարվա վերջին Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը կարող են կորցնել մինչև 6 միլիարդ դոլար, քանի որ Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի մերձեցումն ուղղակիորեն հարվածում է ռուսական ուղղությամբ ապրանքաշրջանառությանը։ Ավելին, Օվերչուկը բաց տեքստով ակնարկել է, որ Հայաստանի խորացող եվրաինտեգրացիան կարող է բերել նաև ռուսական ինքնաթիռների համար հայկական օդային տարածքի փակմանը.
Նախօրեին Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարիա Զախարովան ևս շեշտել էր, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում Հայաստանը կկորցնի մի շարք հիմնարար առավելություններ՝ ապրանքների ու ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժ, մաքսային արտոնություններ, մրցունակություն, աշխատանքային ու տեխնիկական կարգավորումներ, սանիտարական ու բուսասանիտարական չափանիշներ։
Ըստ էության, նման հայտարարությունները պատահական լինել պարզապես չեն կարող. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օրեր առաջ ինքն էր ակնարկել, որ վաղ թե ուշ Հայաստանը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի ԵԱՏՄ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի միջև։ Ու չնայած այդքան հստակ նախազգուշացումներին՝ ո՛չ իշխանությունները, ո՛չ էլ հաստիքային սատելիտ-արևմտամետները մինչ օրս չեն ներկայացրել, թե ինչ տնտեսական հաշվարկների հիման վրա են պատրաստվում Հայաստանը տանել դեպի Եվրամիություն։
Ի՞նչ է նշանակում այս ամենը: Փաստացի, Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլև տնտեսական ու գործնական դաշտերում արդեն կոշտացնում է դիրքորոշումը։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, որքան խորանան Հայաստանի եվրոպական նկրտումները, այնքան ծանր ու ցավոտ հետևանքներ կունենա դա Հայաստանի համար։
