Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը հարված է հասցրել Իրանի տարածքին՝ Ֆորդոում գտնվող միջուկային օբյեկտի շրջակայքին: Այս մասին ասվում է ՊԲ-ի թելեգրամյան ալքիում:

«Իսրայելը հարվածներ է հասցրել Իրանին՝ Ֆորդոյի ուրանի հարստացման կայան տանող ճանապարհներն արգելափակելու նպատակով», - ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Այսօր Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսին ասել է, որ Իրանը պետք է դադարեցնի միջուկային օբյեկտների գործունեությունը՝ անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության տեսուչների մուտքն ապահովելու համար. այս մասին։

Նա հավելել էր, որ Սպահանում գտնվող իրանական միջուկային օբյեկտին ԱՄՆ-ի հասցրած հարվածի հետևանքով վնասվել են շենքեր, այդ թվում՝ այն շենքերը, որտեղ ուրանի վերամշակում էր իրականացվում։

ԱՄՆ ռմբակոծիչները մի քանի GBU-57 բունկերային հրթիռներ են նետել Իրանում՝ լեռան տակ գտնվող Ֆորդոյի հարստացման գործարանի վրա։ Թեև ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ օբյեկտը «ջնջվել է քարտեզից»։ Սակայն այլ պաշտոնյաներ, այդ թվում՝ փոխնախագահ Ջ.Դ. Վենսը, պաշտպանության նախարար Փիթ Հեգսեթը և գեներալ Դեն Քեյնը, մինչ այժմ խուսափել են նմանատիպ պնդումներից։ 

Իրանական կողմը, իր հերթին, պնդում է հակառակը՝ որ ցենտրիֆուգները չեն վնասվել։ Արբանյակային պատկերները ցույց են տալիս Ֆորդոն հարձակումից հետո, որտեղ երևում է, թե որտեղ են ընկել ռումբերը՝ երեքը մեկ տեղում, երեքը՝ մեկ այլ տեղում, շատ մոտ միմյանց։ Սա ենթադրում է, որ ամերիկացի օդաչուները (մասամբ իսրայելական հետախուզության շնորհիվ) ակնհայտորեն ճշգրիտ գիտեին, թե որտեղ նետել ռումբերը։
