Իսլամական պետությունները չեն գնահատում Փաշինյանի շողոքորթությունները

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ստամբուլում մի քանի տակ ծալվում էր Էրդողանի առջև՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիր մուրալով, նույն այդ քաղաքում կայացած Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի 51-րդ նստաշրջանն ավարտվել է մի շարք բանաձևերի, այդ թվում՝ առաջին անգամ այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքին վերաբերող բանաձևի ընդունմամբ։ Նստաշրջանի արդյունքում ընդունվել է «Ներկայիս Հայաստանի տարածքից բռնի և համակարգված կերպով վտարված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի իրավունքը» վերնագրով բանաձև։ Առաջին դեպքն է, երբ ԻՀԿ շրջանակներում նման բանաձև է հաստատվում։
Փաստաթուղթն արտահայտում է ԻՀԿ անդամ պետությունների աջակցությունն այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքի վերադարձի իբրև թե օրինական իրավունքին և դատապարտում այդ հարցում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մոտեցումը։ Ընդունվել է նաև «Համերաշխություն 1992 թվականի Խոջալուի կոտորածի զոհերի հետ», «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության դեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ագրեսիայի հետևանքների վերացումը» վերնագրով բանաձևեր, որոնցից բոլորում կա աջակցություն Ադրբեջանին, համապատասխանաբար ՀՀ-ին ուղղված կոչեր ու քննադատություններ։ Հայաստանին նաև մեղադրել են իբր ադրբեջանական հուշարձանների նկատմամբ վանդալիզմի մեջ։
Ընդ որում, չափազանց ազդեցիկ այս կազմակերպությունը, անգամ այն պայմաններում, որ Ադրբեջանը դրա անդամ էր, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ոչ, երկար տարիներ նման հայտարարություններ չի ընդունել, հնարավորինս չեզոք է պահել իրեն՝ շնորհիվ արաբական բազմաթիվ երկրների, որոնք Հայաստանի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ են ունեցել։ Եվ այսօր տուրք տալ Ադրբեջանի ցանկություններին ու հակահայկական բանաձևեր ընդունելով՝ Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը, փաստացի նոր «քարտ-բլանշ» է տալիս Ադրբեջանին, նաև հաստատում, որ ամենևին էլ չեն հավատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաղասիրական հայտարարություններին։
Աշխարհաքաղաքական ծայրահեղ ծանր իրավիճակի պայմաններում Ադրբեջանին այսպիսի «քարտ-բլանշ» տալը կարող է ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ, հատկապես որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը բոլորովին չի դադարեցրել Զանգեզուրի միջանցք պահանջելու իր նկրտումները։ Փաշինյանն էլ, Թուրքիայի հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպմանը ձևախեղված և կեղծ հայտարարություններ անելով, փորձում է հանրությանը պատրաստել նոր զիջումների։
