Ադրբեջանի ընդդիմադիր Abzas Media-ի աշխատակիցները երկարատև բանտարկության են դատապարտվել

Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում ավարտվել է ընդդիմադիր Abzas Media-ի աշխատակիցների դատավարությունը։ Դատավոր Ռասիմ Սադըխովի նախագահությամբ ամբաստանյալները հանդես են եկել իրենց վերջնական ճառերով։
Դատարանի որոշմամբ Ուլվի Հասանլին դատապարտվել է 9 տարվա, Սևինջ Վագիֆգիզին (Աբբասովա), Մուհամմեդ Կեկալովը՝ 7 տարի 6 ամիս, Նարգիզ Աբսալամովան՝ 8, Հաֆիզ Բաբալին 9, Էլնարա Գասիմովան՝ 8, Ֆարիդ Մեհրալիզադեն՝ 9 տարվա ազատազրկման։
Նշենք, որ անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի 21-ին մաքսանենգության մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվել էին Abzas մեդիայի տնօրեն Ուլվի Հասանլին և գլխավոր խմբագիր Սևինջ Վագիֆգիզին (Աբբասովա), այնուհետև փոխտնօրեն Մուհամմեդ Կեկալովը, կայքի աշխատակից Նարգիզ Աբսալամովան, լրագրող Հաֆիզ Բաբալին և Էլնարա Գասիմովան։
Նրանց սկզբում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 206.3.2 հոդվածով (մաքսանենգությունը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից):
Նախաքննության ընթացքում մեղադրանք է ավելացվել մի շարք այլ հոդվածներով ևս, այդ թվում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 193-1.3.2-րդ հոդվածով (հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված միջոցների կամ այլ գույքի լվացում):
