Սահմանվել է ՀՀ տարածքից սիգի ձկնկիթի արտահանման ժամանակավոր արգելք

Կառավարությունը սահմանել է ՀՀ տարածքից սիգի ձկնկիթի արտահանման ժամանակավոր արգելք: Նման որոշման ընդունումը պայմանավորված է հանրապետության պարենային անվտանգության, Սևանա լճում կենսապաշարի կայուն օգտագործման և կենսաբազմազանության պահպանության պահանջով: Այս մասին հայտնում են կառավարությունից:
Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ Սևանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական որսի կանոնակարգման գործընթացի արդյունքում վերջին տարիներին Սևանա լճում նկատվում է սիգի կենսազանգվածի աճ (2019 թ.՝ 2668 տոննա, 2020 թ.՝ 2345 տոննա, 2021 թ.՝ 5348 տոննա 2022 թ.՝ 4700 տոննա, 2023 թ.՝ 3974 տոննա), ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս ապահովել Սևանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական որսի իրականացում (2020 թ.՝ 300 տոննա, 2021 թ.՝ 300 տոննա, 2022 թ.՝ 600 տոննա, 2023 թ.՝ 600 տոննա, 2024 թ.՝ 679 տոննա, 2025 թ.՝ 314 տոննա մինչև հունիսի 1-ը): Սակայն վերջին տարիների սիգի կենսազանգվածի աճի տենդենցը դեռևս չի ապահովում վայրի ձկնատեսակի բնականոն աճն ու օպտիմալ թվաքանակը լճում (համաձայն որոշ գիտական տվյալների՝ մինչև 10000 տոննա ընդհանուր պաշար, արդյունագործական որսը՝ շուրջ 2,000 տոննա և ավելի)։
Ելնելով վերոգրյալից կարող ենք փաստել, որ ՀՀ-ում դեռևս չունենք այնպիսի վայրի ձկնատեսակ, որի ձկնկիթը ունենա արտադրական նշանակություն, քանի որ դեռ անհրաժեշտ է ձկնատեսակի ծավալների շարունակական ավելացում։
Հաշվի առնելով Սևանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական որսի կանոնակարգման գործընթացի մեկնարկային և պիլոտային լինելու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում լճի վրա մարդածին մեծ բացասական ազդեցությունն ու կենսառեսուրսների նկատմամբ ձևավորված սպառողական վերաբերմունքը՝ հնարավոր բացասական հետևանքները կանխարգելելու, արդյունագործական բարձր արժեք ունեցող վայրի ձկնատեսակի պահպանությունը և բնականոն վերարտադրությունը կազմակերպելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով սույն իրավական ակտով նախատեսվում է սահմանել ՀՀ տարածքից սիգի ձկնկիթի արտահանման արգելք:
