Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է հետևել բոլոր խոշոր գործարարներին

Գործարար բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորումից հետո Փաշինյանը դեռևս չի հանգստացել և Ազգային Անվտանգության Ծառայության պետի պաշտոնակատար Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանին հրահանգել է հետևել բոլոր այն գործարարներին, ովքեր քիչ թե շատ եղանակ են ստեղծում բիզնես աշխարհում, ընդ որում ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլ նաև արտերկրում։ Հանձնարարել է հետևել բոլորի գործողություններին, զանգերին, պահվածքին, ֆինանսական շարժերին, քանի որ պարանոյայով տառապող Փաշինյանի մոտ կասկածներ կան, որ սա միայն Սամվել Կարապետյանի խնդիրը չէ։
Ըստ էության Կարապետյանի հետևում բավականին լուրջ բիզնես կոմպլոմերատ կա՝ հսկայական կապիտալով։ Կապիտալ, որը համադրելի է Հայաստանի բյուջեին բոլոր ֆինանսական շարժերին, և Փաշինյանն իր համար վտանգը դեռևս անցած չի համարում։ Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է ԱԱԾ պետի պաշտոնակատարին հետևել բոլոր խոշոր գործարարներին, բայց ամենահետաքրքիրն այն է, որ առանձնակի հանձնարարել է հետևել քպական պատգամավոր «Գռզո» մականունով Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանին։
Որոշակի կասկածներ ունի, որ Գռզոն ամենևին էլ հավատարիմ չէ իրեն և կարող է խաղեր տալ թե՛ իր գործարար ընկերների և թե՛ նախկին իշխանությունների հետ։ Նաև Սուքիասյանին կարող են հուշել, որ ժամանակն է լքելու խորտակվող «տիտանիկը»։ Այս առումով Փաշինյանը չափազանց մեծ մտահոգություններ ունի, ուստի և ԱԱԾ-ին հերթական կեղտոտ հրահանգն է տվել, մի հրահանգ, որն Արմեն Աբազյանը հրաժարվեց կատարել։
