Անի Ասլանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Տատիկների ու պապիկների սերն իրենց թոռնիկների նկատմամբ անսահման է, և Չինաստանի Սիչուան նահանգում ապրող այս տատիկի պատմությունը կրկին ապացուցում է սա։ Չնայած 14-ամյա Ֆան Մեյ Ցյուն չի կարող քայլել, նա ոչ մի օր չի բացակայում դասերից։ Սրա համար պետք է շնորհակալություն հայտնել նրա 66-ամյա տատիկին, ով ամեն օր աղջկան դպրոց է տանում և դպրոցից տուն բերում։ 

Ֆան Մեյը ծնվել է ծնկների խնդիրներով։ Նրա ոտքերը չեն կարողանում դիմանալ նրա քաշին։ Աղջիկը նույնիսկ չի կարողանում մի քանի րոպեից ավել կանգնել առանց սարսափելի ցավի, ուր մնաց ոտքով դպրոց քայլել կարողանա։ Տեղաշարժվելու համար նրան միշտ օգնություն է պետք։

Հայրը լքել է ընտանիքը, երբ Ֆան Մեյը դեռ չափազանց փոքր էր, իսկ նրա մայրը շուտով նորից ամուսնացավ՝ դստերը թողնելով տատիկի ու պապիկի խնամքին։ Պապիկը շատ ծեր ու հիվանդ է, նրան չի կարելի աշխատել ու լարվել, այնպես որ տատիկն ինքնուրույն է հոգում փոքրիկի բոլոր հոգսերը։ 

Տատիկն արթնանում է առավոտյան ժամը 5-ին, իսկ ժամը 7-ին, Ֆան Մեյին մեջքին շալակած, դուրս է գալիս տնից։ Դպրոցի ճանապարհին նրանք ստիպված են լինում առնվազն 5 անգամ կանգ առնել հանգստանալու համար։ Դպրոցը 2 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում, և այնտեղ հասնելու համար նրանցից 1 ու կես ժամ է պահանջվում, իսկ տատիկը երբեք չի ուշացնում Մեյին՝ 8։30-ին հասցնելով տեղ արդեն 5 տարի շարունակ։

Ֆան Մեյն իր հերթին անում է իրենից կախված ամեն բան, որպեսզի տատիկի համար հեշտ լինի իրեն մեջքի վրա տանելը։ Նա փորձում է պահել սեփական քաշը 2 ձեռնափայտերի օգնությամբ և փորձում է քայլել, որքան որ կարողանում է։ Բացի այդ, նա գերազանց է սովորում, որպեսզի տատիկի ջանքերն իզուր չլինեն։
