Արարատ համայնքին է վերադարձվել Սուրենավան բնակավայրի մանկապարտեզի մասնաշենքը. դատախազություն

Արարատի մարզի դատախազությունը, պետական (համայնքային) շահերի պաշտպանության լիազորության շրջանակում, ուսումնասիրել է Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան բնակավայրին 1997 թվականին սեփականության իրավունքով փոխանցված՝ Բարեկամության փողոցի 23/3 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 625.33 քմ մակերեսով մանկապարտեզի մասնաշենքի և դրանով ծանրաբեռնված 0.15878 հա մակերեսով հողատարածքի փաստաթղթերը:
Դատախազությունից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Սուրենավան համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Կ.Կ.-ն, մանկապարտեզի շենքի օտարման հիմքերի բացակայության պայմաններում,համայնքի ավագանու անդամներին, ինչպես նաև Կադաստրի կոմիտեի իրավասու անձանց մոլորության մեջ գցելու եղանակով, օրենքի պահանջների խախտմամբ կայացրել է ոչ իրավաչափ ակտեր: Մասնավորապես՝ համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող՝ 22 միլիոն 248 հազար դրամ շուկայականին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով 625.33 քմ մակերեսով համայնքի մանկապարտեզի մասնաշենքը և դրանով ծանրաբեռնված 0.15878 հա մակերեսով հողատարածքը ձևական աճուրդի եղանակով 2018 թվականի մարտի 5-ին օտարվել է համայնքի ղեկավարի խնամուն, ինչի հետևանքով խախտվել են նախակրթական հաստատություն հաճախող երեխաների իրավունքներն ու օրինական շահերը:
Դատախազի կողմից միջնորդագիր է հասցեագրվել Արարատ համայնքի ղեկավարին՝ անշարժ գույքն օտարելու մասին որոշումը վերացնելու և գույքը համայնքի սեփականությանը վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ:
Միջնորդագրի հիման վրա՝ Արարատ համայնքի իրավասու մարմինների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում՝ Սուրենավան բնակավայրի Բարեկամության փողոցի 23/3 հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին գրանցվել է Արարատ համայնքի սեփականության իրավունքը:
Քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու և պետական (համայնքային) շահերի պաշտպանության լիազորության շրջանակում հայց ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են:
