«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է՝ անցած տարի բավականին հետաքրքիր իրադարձություն է տեղի ունեցել հայաստանյան բանկային համակարգում: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ 2024 թվականին Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության խմբի դուստր ընկերություն Պրոպարկոն դարձել է Ակբա բանկի 10 տոկոսի բաժնետեր, ինչը վկայում է Ակբայի նկատմամբ վերջինիս ունեցած բարձր վստահության մասին։ Օտարերկրյա ընկերության կողմից նման խոշոր ներդրումն ինքնին բավականին խոսուն է:

Ընդհանրապես, 2024-ը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ գործընկերության աննախադեպ զարգացման տարի է եղել. ի մասնավորի, Ակբան կնքել է ռեկորդային վարկային պայմանագրեր և ռիսկերի բաշխման գործարքներ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (EIB), ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (DFC), Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA), Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (IFC), Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (EBRD) հետ և այլն։ Բացի այս, 2024-ին Ակբա բանկն ու American Express-ը նաև հայտարարել են իրենց երկարամյա համագործակցության ընդլայնման մասին:

Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը նշում է, որ բանկը վայելում է միջազգային գործընկերների վստահությունը. «Մենք ուժեղ ենք այն փորձով, որը կարողանում ենք կուտակել իրենց հետ համագործակցության ընթացքում: Ես կարծում եմ, որ սրանով մենք հստակ ուղերձ ենք տալիս, որ բանկը թափանցիկ է և կանխատեսելի, և բանկի բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերումը երկարաժամկետ առումով շատ հաջող և եկամտաբեր ներդրում է» ։

Հավելենք, որ 2024 թ. ընթացքում Ակբա բանկի զուտ շահույթը կազմել է 28,8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ: Աակտիվներն աճել են 18,9 %-ով՝ հասնելով 931,7 մլրդ դրամի, կապիտալ՝ 22,8 %-ով՝ հասնելով 163,4 մլրդ դրամի, վարկային պորտֆելը՝ 16,8 %-ով՝ հասնելով 629,3 մլրդ դրամի: acba digital օգտատերերի թիվը աճել է 37,9 %-ով՝ հասնելով շուրջ 530 000-ի։

Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով, Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում եղել է 18-րդը՝ վճարած 13,2 մլրդ դրամ հարկով: Բանկային համակարգում սա երկրորդ ցուցանիշն է:
