Հանդիպել են Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանն ու Թուրքիայի փոխարտգործնախարար Բերիս Էկինջը։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում նրանք կարծիքներ են փոխանակել երկկողմ և տարածաշրջանային հարցերի շուրջ։ Այլ մանրամասներ՝ ոչ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը, ոչ էլ նրանց թուրք գործընկերները չեն հայտնում։

Օրեր առաջ մամուլում տեղեկություն հայտնվեց, որ հունիսի 20-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնելու է Թուրքիա և հանդիպելու է Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն էլ այս հնարավորությունը չէր հերքել, նշելով, թե «վարչապետի աշխատակազմն այցի մասին տեղեկություններ կհայտնի»։

Վերջին անգամ Փաշինյանն Էրդողանի հետ շփվել է հունիսի 5-ին, հեռախոսով քննարկել են Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին վերաբերող հարցեր ու պայմանավորվել շարունակել երկխոսությունը։ Եվ այժմ, հատկապես իրանաիսրայելական սրման ֆոնին, Փաշինյանին Թուրքիա կանչելն ինչ-որ տարօրինակ դրսևորումներ ունի։ Փոխարտգործնախարարի այցը Թուրքիա և իր գործընկերոջ հետ բանակցությունները վկայում են, որ այցը բավականին լուրջ է լինելու, դրա համար է նախապատրաստական աշխատանք իրականացվում արտգործնախարարությունների մակարդակով։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանին այդ այցի ընթացքում ուղեկցելու են նաև արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և հայ թուրքական կարգավորման գործընթացում հայկական կողմի բանագնաց, խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։ Թե ի՞նչ որոշումներ կկայացվեն, և արդյոք Թուրքիան ի վերջո կբացի՞ սահմանը 3-րդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, դեռ վաղ է ասել, բայց ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրը չի բացառում, որ ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ, այնուամենայնիվ կստորագրվի։ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ շահագրգռված է հայ թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասով որոշակի առաջընթաց ցույց տալու հարցում։
