Ամառը շատ արագ է անցնում․ այս զգացողությունը շատերս ենք ունենում։ Հատկապես, երբ երկար ենք սպասում «ամառային արձակուրդներին», կամ, օրինակ, դեպի ծով ճամփորդությանը։ Իսկ ի՞նչ անել ողջ ամառը լիարժեք վայելելու ու ժամանակը դանդաղեցնելու համար։

Ասենք, որ կարիք չկա ամբողջ ամառը կառուցել միայն արձակուրդի օրերի ու ճամփորդության շուրջ, իսկ դրանից առաջ ու հետո ոչինչ չանել։ Անգամ մեկ օրվա ընթացքում կարող եք հանգստանալ, ամառային ակտիվ զբաղմունքով լցնել օրը՝ զուգահեռ աշխատանքային առօրյային։
