Ուրալի դաշնային համալսարանի մասնագետները կատարելագործել են կապարի սուլֆիդի հիման վրա բարակ թաղանթային նյութերի արտադրության տեխնոլոգիան, որը թույլ կտա արևային վահանակներին և ֆոտովոլտային սարքերին արդյունավետորեն գործել նույնիսկ լուսավորության նվազագույն մակարդակների դեպքում, գրում է 1.ru–ն։ Նորարարությունը հիմնված է ռեակցիոն խառնուրդների կազմի փոփոխության և լույսի նկատմամբ զգայունությունը բարձրացնող համակցված հավելումների ներդրման վրա։
Գիտնականներն օգտագործել են ջրային լուծույթներից քիմիական նստվածքի մեթոդ՝ գործընթացը լրացնելով կալիումի պերմանգանատի և ամոնիումի յոդիդի ներմուծմամբ։ Այս համադրությունը բարելավել է նյութի լուսաարձագանքը տեսանելի և ինֆրակարմիր տիրույթներում։ «Մոդիֆիկացված թաղանթներն ավելի ակտիվորեն են փոխազդում ֆոտոնների հետ, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է մութ կամ ցրված լույսի պայմաններում աշխատող սարքերի համար», - բացատրել է Ուրալի դաշնային համալսարանի ֆիզիկական և կոլոիդային քիմիայի ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր Լարիսա Մասկաևան։
Փորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ հավելումները ոչ միայն ուժեղացնում են ճառագայթման կլանումը, այլ նաև բարելավում են լույսի էլեկտրական ազդանշանի փոխակերպումը։ Դա բացում է հեռանկարներ բարձր զգայունության լուսադետեկտորների, գիշերային տեսողության համակարգերի և շրջակա միջավայրի մոնիթորինգի սենսորների ստեղծման համար։ Օրինակ, նման նյութերը կարող են օգտագործվել ջերմային ուղղորդման սարքերում կամ հողի և ջրային մարմինների վիճակի հեռակա վերլուծության համար։
