«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
svpressa.ru-ն «Պաշտոնականացվում է կապիտուլյացիան. փորձագետը՝ Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի հեռանկարների մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանը և Բաքուն շուտով կստորագրեն խաղաղության պայմանագիր և կհաստատեն դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ, վերջերս հայտարարել էր ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը: Նրա խոսքով, համաձայնություն կա, տեքստը պատրաստ է, «մնում է միայն պայմանագիրը ստորագրել»:
Քաղաքագետ, արևելագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը svpressa.ru-ին տված հարցազրույցում հիշեցրել է, որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավարը նման հայտարարություն է անում: Ադրբեջանն էլ է պարբերաբար խոսում այդ մասին և ակնարկում կարևոր պայմանի՝ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության նախաբանի փոփոխության մասին: Եվ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է նույնիսկ դա անել, չնայած նման իրավիճակում անհրաժեշտ է հանրաքվե: «Տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը շատ բարդ է։ Մի կողմից՝ Ադրբեջանի համար, անշուշտ, ձեռնտու է Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակը նյութականացնելն ու իրավաբանորեն ձևակերպելը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ պայմանագիրը այն տարբերակով, ինչպես այն կարող է ստորագրվել, հարված է Փաշինյանի հեղինակությանը, դա իրականում կապիտուլ յացիայի ձևակերպում է։ Այդ պատճառով էլ Հայաստանը փնտրում է ինչ-որ այլ ներքաղաքական կոմբինացիաներ», - նշել է աղբյուրը։
Մասնագետի խոսքով, Երևանի համար համատեքստից դուրս է մնացել ամերիկյան գործոնը, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ը Բայդենի վարչակազմի օրոք էր ցուցաբերում հետաքրքրություն տարածաշրջանի նկատմամբ։ Ֆրանսիայի վրա խաղադրույքը նույնպես արդարացված չէ, քանի որ Եվրոպան ճգնաժամի մեջ է։ Եվ, իհարկե, խնդիրներ կան Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված, որը բազմիցս է առաջարկել հանդես գալ որպես միջնորդ բանակցություններում։ «Հայերը վախենում են ինքնուրույն մտնել Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության գործընթացի մեջ։ Նրանք պահանջում են միջազգային երաշխիքներ արտաքին միջնորդներից, բայց առայժմ այդպիսիք չկան։ Շիզոֆրենիկ դիվանագիտություն է ընթանում, և կարծում եմ, որ Միրզոյանի նման հայտարարությունները դեռ շարունակաբար կհնչեն։ Հայերը տրավմատիզացված են ու մի տեսակ նոկաուտի մեջ», - եզրափակել է Տարասովը։
