Իրանը խափանել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ստեղծելու փորձը

Իրանի գերագույն առաջնորդի միջազգային հարցերով խորհրդական Ալի Աքբար Վելայաթին ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է արել, թե Իրանը խափանել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ստեղծելու փորձը։ Ըստ Վելայաթիի, Իրանը երբեք այնքան հզոր, անկախ և ազդեցիկ չի եղել, որքան այսօր է։ Այդ հզորության վառ նշաններից մեկն Իրանի արագ և վճռական արձագանքն էր Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված ճգնաժամին։
«Երբ որոշ երկրներ փորձում էին Նախիջևանը կապել Ադրբեջանի հետ Հայաստանի միջոցով՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ստեղծելու պատրվակով, նախագիծ, որը, ըստ էության, կնշանակեր մասնատում և դեպի Եվրոպա իրանական միջանցքի արգելափակում, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը վճռականորեն դեմ արտահայտվեց այդ ծրագրին և խափանեց դրա իրականացումը», – ասել է Վելայաթին։
Նա պնդել է, թե Ջո Բայդենն ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում խոստովանել էր, որ ամեն ինչ պատրաստ էր միջանցքը գործարկելու համար, բայց հենց Իրանն էր, որ թույլ չտվեց այդ նախագիծը կյանքի կոչել։ «Այս հայտարարությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը, նույնիսկ առանց Ռուսաստանի աջակցության, կարողացել է խելամիտ դիվանագիտության օգնությամբ պահպանել անվտանգությունը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում և կանխել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներթափանցումը», – հայտարարել է Վելայաթին։
Այն, որ Իրանը զգալի ազդեցություն ունի Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության ապահովման, Սյունիքի դեմ թուրք-ադրբեջանական նկրտումները զսպելու գործում, որևէ կասկած չկա։ Բայց և այս հայտարարությունը նաև զգուշացում է, որ եթե պաշտոնական Թեհրանի դիրքերը թուլանան, Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը՝ ԱՄՆ աջակցությամբ, կրկին կարող են փորձել իրականացնել իրենց համար կենսական այդ ծրագիրը։
