«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախորդ համարում մենք տեղեկացրել էինք, որ բավական բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել շինարարության, վերանորոգման ու կահույքագործության նյութերի ներմուծման և վաճառքի ոլորտում: Նշել էինք, որ անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության պատճառով հիմնական առաջատար ընկերությունները կանգնած են լուրջ դժվարությունների առջև, քանի որ մի շարք ընկերություններ փաստացի շրջանցում են օրենքները, ներմուծումն իրականացնում են ոչ թե իրական, այլ նվազեցված կեղծ գներով, մյուս կողմից՝ կան տեղեկություններ, որ ՀԴՄ կտրոն չեն տրամադրում կամ տրամադրում են ոչ ամբողջական արժեքի արձանագրմամբ:
Արդյունքում օրինական դաշտում գործող կազմակերպությունները դժվարանում են մրցակցել, իսկ պետությունը լուրջ վնասներ է կրում՝ չստացված բավական լուրջ հարկերի առումով: Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Քննչական կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված է քրեական վարույթ:
Եվ ահա, երեկ ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն տարածեց հաղորդագրություն, որտեղ մասնավորաբար նշված է. «ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ էլեկտրոնիկայի և կահույքի ներմուծմամբ ու վաճառքով զբաղվող խանութի ցանցերի միջոցով գործունեություն իրականացնող ընկերության կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկեր չեն վճարվել: Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և այլ վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված 459 մլն 510 հզր 954 ՀՀ դրամի վնասը: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»:
