Դիլիջանի թունելի մասով երկու տարբերակ ենք քննարկել: Առաջին տարբերակը, որ պիտի վերանորոգեինք, հիմնանորոգեինք թունելը, որովհետև թունելը իսկապես նորոգման կարիք ունի: Այդ դեպքում դրան գումարվում էր նաև Սեմյոնովկայով անցնող ճանապարհը միջպետական ստանդարտների բերելը, ինչը լրացուցիչ ծախս է ենթադրում պետական բյուջեի համար: Այդ մասին Ազգային ժողովում 2024-ի պետբյուջեի կատարողականի նախնական քննարկումների ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՏԿԵ նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը, փոխանցում է Լուրերը:
«Դա էլ իր հերթին կարճաժամկետ էր լինելու, որովհետև հասկանալի է, որ թունելը շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո մենք այդ ստանդարտներին համապատասխանող այդպիսի ճանապարհի կարիք, մեծ հաշվով, էլ չէինք ունենալու, որովհետև ինչպես հիմա, այդպես էլ թունելի շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո հիմնական երթևեկությունը դեպի Տավուշի մարզ անցնելու էր թունելով:
Այս երկուսի պարագայում, այսինքն՝ «թունելի հիմնանորոգում + Սեմյոնովկայի ճանապարհը միջպետական ստանդարտներին բերելը», նույն ֆինանսական հետևանքներն էին առաջացնելու բյուջեի համար, ինչ նոր թունելի կառուցումը:
Այս պահին արդեն որոշում ունենք. Դիլիջանի թունելի անմիջապես կողքով նոր թունելի կառուցման նախագծի վրա ենք այս պահին աշխատում: Առաջիկայում ավելի կոնկրետություն կունենանք, թե կոնկրետ որ հատվածով կանցնի թունելը, բայց այդ մասով վերջնական որոշում ունենք:
Դրան զուգահեռ թունելը հիմա ընթացիկ նորոգման կենթարկվի, որը հնարավոություն կտա երթևեկը պահպանել այնքան, ինչքան անհրաժեշտ կլինի մինչև նոր թունելի կառուցման և շահագործման հանձնելը, որից հետո գոյություն ունեցող թունելը կմնա որպես երկրորդ թունել, այսինքն՝ վթարային իրավիճակների համար: Այս կերպ այդտեղ էլ անվտանգության մակարդակը էականորեն կբարձրանա»,- ասաց նա:
