Միլիոնավոր նոր տներ Անգլիայում պետք է հագեցած լինեն արևային վահանակներով

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի էներգետիկայի նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ Անգլիայում կառուցվող միլիոնավոր նոր բնակելի տներում արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը կդառնա պարտադիր: Այս պահանջը, որն ուղղված է էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսերի և արտանետումների կրճատմանը, կներառվի «Ապագայի տների ստանդարտի» խոշոր թարմացման մեջ, որը նախատեսված է 2025 թ.՝ հրապարակելու համար:
Էներգետիկայի նախարար Էդ Միլիբենդի խոսքերով՝ Անգլիայի միլիոնավոր նոր տներ կհագեցվեն արևային վահանակներով: Նոր կանոնը կլինի «Ապագայի տների ստանդարտի» բարեփոխումների մաս: Քաղաքականությունը նախատեսում է տանիքներին արևային վահանակների պարտադիր տեղադրում, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ դա անիրագործելի է: Սա կօգնի տնատերերին խնայել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսերը և նվազեցնել ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները:
Նախկին՝ պահպանողականների կառավարությունը դիտարկում էր տանիքների 40 %-ը արևային վահանակներով ծածկելու պահանջը: Սակայն Միլիբենդի մոտեցումն այն է, որ կառուցապատողները, նույնիսկ եթե չեն հասնում 40 % ցուցանիշին, պարտավոր կլինեն տեղադրել որոշակի քանակի արևային մոդուլներ: Նա նշել է. «Նախորդ համակարգի խնդիրն այն էր, որ այն սահմանում էր վահանակների ծածկույթի կոնկրետ տոկոս, բայց եթե չէիր հասնում դրան, ապա ոչինչ պետք չէր անել: Մեր պլաններում մենք այդպես չենք ասելու: Մենք կասենք, որ նույնիսկ եթե չեք հասնում 40 %-ին, դուք պարտավոր կլինեք տեղադրել որոշակի քանակի արևային վահանակներ, բացառությամբ հազվագյուտ բացառիկ դեպքերի»:
Գնահատականներով՝ արևային վահանակների պահանջը նոր շենքի արժեքը կավելացնի մինչև 4,000 ֆունտ ստերլինգ: Սակայն դրանց տեղադրումը կարող է բնակիչներին տարեկան խնայել մինչև 1,000 ֆունտ էլեկտրաէներգիայի վրա:
