«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես ամեն տարի, այս տարի ևս, կապված սեզոնի հետ, սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը վերահսկողություն է սկսել պաղպաղակի արտադրություններում: Վերջին օրերին ՍԱՏՄ-ն երկու հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որոնք վերաբերում են տարբեր ընկերությունների արտադրանքի լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքներին: Որոշ դեպքերում արտադրական գործունեության առանձին գործառույթը կասեցվել է, որոշ դեպքերում սահմանվել է հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու ժամկետ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում խախտումներ պարունակող «արտադրատեսակների համար կտրվեն իրացումն արգելելու, շուկայից հետ կանչելու, ոչնչացնելու կամ օգտահանելու կարգադրագրեր»: Այստեղ ուշագրավ է «կտրվեն» բառը: Բանն այն է, որ, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, պաղպաղակ արտադրող ձեռնարկությունները ՍԱՏՄ մամուլի հաղորդագրությունից են տեղեկացել, որ իրենց մոտ հայտնաբերվել են խախտումներ, և որ իրենց գործունեության առանձին գործառույթը կասեցվել է, կամ որոշակի արտադրանք պետք է շուկայից հետ կանչեն: Այսինքն, որևէ կարգադրագիր, որևէ գրություն չեն ստացել:
Ստացվում է, որ եթե որևէ ընկերություն նկատած չլինի (պարտավոր էլ չէ) ՍԱՏՄ հաղորդագրությունը, օրեր շարունակ դեռ պիտի շարունակի խախտումներով աշխատել, ավելին՝ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերին չհամապատասխանող արտադրանքը, այդ թվում՝ մանրէաբանական ԱՑԽՄ (աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի մանրէներ) և ՄԱՖԱնՄՔ (մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ) ցուցանիշներով, դեռ որոշակի ժամանակ կշարունակեն մնալ վաճառքում, մինչ ՍԱՏՄ-ն կբարեհաճի կարգադրագիր ուղարկել:
Մեզ հետ զրույցում մի քանի տնտեսվարողներ նշում էին, որ ՍԱՏՄ-ն այսպես թափթփված է աշխատում հատկապես անցած տարվանից սկսած, երբ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար նշանակվեց Արմեն Դանիել յանը, որն այսօր կալանավորված է կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանքով, իսկ նրա տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի՝ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի պարտականությունները կատարող նշանակվելուց հետո կառույցն ընդհանրապես անգործության է մատնված: Դրա հերթական վկայություններից մեկը Հայաստանից արտահանվող ծաղիկների հետ կապված վերահսկողության բացակայությունն է, որի պատճառով Հայաստանը կարող է ահռելի վնասներ կրել, ինչի մասին, ի դեպ, նախորդ համարում մանրամասն անդրադարձել էինք: Այդ նույն Պետրոսյանի անփութության և անգործության հետևանքով, մեր հավաստի տեղեկություններով, ՌԴ սահմանին Հայաստանից արտահանված արդեն երկու բեռնատար ծաղիկ ոչնչացվել է, իսկ հունիսի 16-ից ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ ծաղիկների արտահանման համար կարանտինային ռեժիմ է սահմանված։
