Ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը գրում է․
«Մինչ Փաշինյանն ու Փաշազադեն պասերով շարունակում են Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի ու Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու վրա գրոհել, ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ գյուղից երկու անչափահաս երիտասարդ է անհետացել։ Ադրբեջանական կողմից որևէ պաշտոնական պարզաբանում չկա։ Լուռ են նաև հայկական կողմում, հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել միայն ԱԱԾ-ն՝ «Սյունիքի մարզի երկու անչափահաս բնակիչներ մոլորվել են և հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի տարածքում․․․»:
Հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ երկու ՀՀ անչափահաս քաղաքացի է կորել, երկրի վարչապետը Կաթողիկոսի թեմաներով է «տապակվում»․․․Լավ սրան ի՞նչ անուն տաս։ Մեկ էլ մի հիշեցում անեմ, 2021 թվականի մայիսին, երբ ադրբեջանական զորքերն առաջին անգամ ներխուժեցին Սև լճի տարածք, միջազգային տարբեր դերակատարներից՝ այդ թվում՝ օրինակ, Ֆրանսիայից, Կանադային, ԱՄՆ-ից ու Հնդկաստանից եղել են շատ հասցեական ու կարևոր հայտարարություններ, որոնց միջոցով կարելի էր հասնել զորքերի դուրսբերմանը։
Բայց 2021 թվականի մայիսի 27-ին Փաշինյանն արեց «հայելային հետքաշման» շատ վտանգավոր առաջարկը, որի արդյունքը եղավ 2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի պատերազմը, տարածքային նոր կորուստները, մարդկանց առևանգման դեպքերը։ Խելացի աշխատանքը այնքան ռիսկեր կարող է չեզոքացնել, վտանգներ կանխել, բայց դե երկրի այսօրվա վարչապետը բոլորովին այլ թիրախներ ունի ու, ցավալիորեն, նրա բոլոր նշանակետերը բացառապես Հայաստանի ու հայկական հանրության դեմ են ուղղված․․․Իսկ երկու անչափահաս երիտասարդներից դեռ լուր չկա»։
