Շվեդիան իր բանտարկյալներին կուղարկի Էստոնիա

Շվեդիան Էստոնիայի հետ համաձայնության է եկել այդ երկրի բանտերում տեղեր վարձակալելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնել է շվեդական SVT հեռուստաընկերությունը։

Շվեդիայի արդարադատության նախարար Գունար Շտրյոմերը հայտարարել է, որ Շվեդիայում դատապարտված մոտ վեց հարյուր բանտարկյալ պատիժը կրելու համար կարող է տեղափոխվել Տարտուի բանտ, ինչը կնվազեցնի շվեդական բանտերի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Տարտու քաղաքի բանտն ամբողջությամբ կհանձնվի Շվեդիայի տնօրինությանը։

Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ տեղում կգործի Էստոնիայի օրենսդրությունը, բայց որոշ բացառություններով, օրինակ՝ արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապի առումով։ Նշվում է, որ Էստոնիայում ազատազրկումը հնարավորինս նման կլինի Շվեդիայում պատժի կրման պայմաններին: Շվեդիայի բանտերի և պրոբացիայի ծառայության աշխատակիցները կլինեն տեղում և կհետևեն, որպեսզի դատավճիռներն իրականացվեն պայմանագրի համաձայն։

Շվեդիայի իշխանությունները Տարտուի ազատազրկման վայրում մեկ տեղի համար ամսական կվճարեն 8500 եվրո, ինչը համադրելի է Շվեդիայում բանտային ծախսերի հետ:

Տարտուի բանտն ունի 400 խուց, որոնցում կարող են տեղավորվել 600 բանտարկյալ։ Տարածքները համապատասխանելու են Շվեդիայի բանտախցերի չափանիշներին և ունենալու են համանման կահավորանք ու սարքավորումներ:
