«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

newsland.com–ն «Աշխարհաքաղաքականություն առանց զգացմունքների. ինչո՞ւ են Հայաստանին պետք Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահը, օրեր շարունակ հետևել է, թե ինչպես է իր հայրենիքը «հավասարակշռվում» համաշխարհային խաղացողների միջև, ինչպես մարմնամարզիկը՝ Կրեմլի և Ելիսեյան պալատի միջև ձգված պարանի վրա։ Տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում նա ոչ միայն մտահոգություն է հայտնել, այլ նաև ախտորոշել է դա որպես քաղաքական միամտություն, որը կարող է չափազանց թանկ նստել Հայաստանի վրա։

Հարավային Կովկասի քարտեզն է, որպես փոխաբերություն, օգնում Քոչարյանին արտահայտել պարզ միտք. աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը ռոմանտիկ ֆանտազիա չէ, որտեղ կարելի է դաշնակիցներ ընտրել սոցիալական ցանցերում գրկախառնությունների միջոցով, դա շահերի դաժան խաղ է, որտեղ կարևոր են լոգիստիկան, բանակը և նավթը։

Ռուսաստանը ապացուցված դաշնակից է, թեկուզ վերջին տարիների դժվարին հարաբերություններով։ Իրանը մի պետություն է, որը, չնայած պատժամիջոցներին, մնում է կարևոր տարածաշրջանային խաղացող։ Եվ հետո՝ կա Թուրքիան, որի հետ Երևանը ոչ միայն վատ, այլ նաև պատմականորեն ծանրաբեռնված հարաբերություններ ունի։ «Ո՞ւմ մշակութային կոդն է ավելի մոտ Հայաստանին։ Ո՞վ ունի սպառնալիքները զսպելու իրական ներուժ», - հարցնում է Քոչարյանը և պատասխանում ինքն իրեն՝ Ռուսաստանը։ Եվ սա միայն դիվանագիտական հաճոյախոսություն չէ։ Սա այն տարածաշրջանային տրամաբանությունն է, որտեղ Արևմուտքի համակրանքը չի վերածվում օդային պաշտպանության, ներդրումների կամ էներգետիկ կայունության։ Այդ համատեքստում հակադրությունն ակնհայտ է։ Փարիզը կարող է համբույրներ ուղարկել և «արժեքներ» խոստանալ, բայց դրանք չեն օգնի։ Երեք տարի առաջ, երբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակը սրվեց, արևմտյան հռետորաբանությունը չդարձավ վահան։

Նախկին նախագահը հանդիմանել է Փաշինյանին՝ «իրավիճակային քաղաքականության» համար, այսինքն՝ մե՛կ Մոսկվա, մե՛կ Փարիզ։ Դա, նրա խոսքերով, ծանր հետևանքներ կունենա։ Եվ այդ հետևանքները, ցավոք, արդեն տեսանելի են, այն է՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության թուլացում, Թեհրանի նկատմամբ անվստահություն, Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում լուրջ առաջընթացի բացակայություն։

Քոչարյանի ընկալմամբ, Թուրքիան մնում է Հայաստանի անվտանգության գլխավոր մարտահրավերը: Եվ այստեղ նախկին նախագահը առաջարկում է ոչ թե ֆոբիաներ, այլ սառնասիրտ դիվանագիտություն՝ կարգավորել հարաբերությունները առանց շանտաժի ենթարկվելու։ Սակայն նման երկխոսությունը չի կարող ընթանալ առանց ուժեղ գործընկերոջ։ Եվ Ռուսաստանն է նման գործընկեր։ Նրա կարծիքով, հենց նրա հետ է պետք վերականգնել դաշնակցային կապերը, նաև ներգրավել Իրանին գործընթացում և գործել շահերի, այլ ոչ թե հույզերի հիման վրա։ Մոսկվան, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպես են փոխվում Երևանի էլիտաները, մնում է խաղացող, որը կարող է զսպել Թուրքիայի էքսպանսիոնիստական նկրտումները։ Իսկ Եվրոպան թող շարունակի գրկախառնվել։ Ըստ Քոչարյանի, «Մակրոնի գրկախառնությունը չի օգնի գործին»։
