Կյանքը «լավացել է», իսկ ժողովուրդը դա ամենևին չի զգում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ գնացել էր ԱԺ, որպեսզի հերթական առիթն օգտագործի ու ինքնագովազդով զբաղվի, ձեռքի հետ էլ ներկայացնի բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը: Ու ինքնագովազի մրցույթում նորանոր ռեկորդներ սահմանեց, բնականաբար: Նրա ասելով՝ երկիրը աներևակայելի տնտեսական սրընթաց թռիչքի մեջ է: Բյուջեի մուտքերը ռեկորդային ցուցանիշների են հասել, աշխատավարձերը կրկնապատկվել են, մարդկանց կյանքը վերջին տարիներին մի այլ կարգի լավացել է, մի խոսքով՝ մի դրախտ, մի հրաշք վիճակ:
Այդպես էլ ուզում ես ասել՝ «իյա՜, իրո՞ք»:
Եվ մեկ էլ, հոպ, նման բախտավոր ու վարդագույն պատկերներ նկարող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տրտնջում է, որ եթե նույնիսկ պետական ողջ համակարգը մեկ ամիս աշխատավարձ չստանա, թոշակն ընդամենը 1500 դրամով կարող են բարձրացնել:
Դեռ հարցի մի կողմն է, որ արդեն իսկ մասնագետները հաշվել են, որ թոշակները կարելի է ավելացնել ոչ թե 1500 դրամով, այլ մոտ 6-7 անգամ ավելի: Եթե պետական համակարգը մեկ ամիս աշխատավարձ չստանա:
Բայց հարցը նույնիսկ դա չէ: Լավ, բա եթե ամեն ինչ այդքան «լավ է ու վարդագույն», այդքան «չալաղաջ է ու բախտավոր», ապա ինչո՞ւ է ամեն ինչ այդքան վատ, դժբախտ, վտանգված ու սևաթույր: Ինչո՞ւ է նման հզոր տնտեսություն ունեցող երկիրը միայն վերջին 7 տարվա մեջ մոտ 7 միլիարդ դոլարի պարտք կուտակել: Ինչո՞ւ է նման սրընթաց աճող տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրի կառավարությունը համատարած հարկային տեռոր իրականացնում՝ գործնականում սպանելով փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը: Ինչո՞ւ ոչ մի լումա թոշակ ու նպաստ չեն բարձրացնում: Վերջապես՝ ինչո՞ւ մեր բնակչության գերակշիռ մասը չի զգում, որ իր կյանքը համարյա հինգ անգամ լավացել է, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ զգում է, որ ավելի է վատացել, շատ ավելի:
Չէ, կան անձինք, որոնց կյանքի նյութական մասը բազմապատիկ լավացել է, ավելին՝ դարձել ճոխ, չաղ ու բախտավոր: Բայց այդ մարդկանց կարելի է մի քանի էջանոց ցուցակում «հաշվել», քանի որ լավացել է բացառապես Փաշինյանի ու նրա քպականների կյանքը: Ու վերջ: Իսկապես վերջ...
